Excellence
Toyota blew away the competition with this one! In every aspect they have been innovative and held nothing back. Tows like a dream, accelerates and stops better than any other half ton and handles great on/off road. The crewmax is the way to go for cruising comfort.
Rumble strip tranny
Like everything about this truck except for one unfortunate issue. The six speed auto seems to randomly start vibrating as if going over a rumble strip. It feels like a torque converter issue. Picked up from dealer today after they evaluated it. They are going to replace the transmission which only has about 800 miles on it. What adds insult to injury is that they are replacing this with a rebuilt unit. I for one havent had real good luck with other rebuilt auto parts. Service said Toyota wouldnt let them order a new one. They had their crankshaft issue earlier this year now it appears the transmission may be an issue. This truck cost almost 50k!

The Best Truck
Had this truck for two weeks. Love it, when I get to drive it. This is our only, family vehicle. Plan on using it to pull travel trailer, as well as a every day car. Everyone looks when we go by. Only have 300 miles, ready to go on a road trip to test it out.
Outstanding Truck!!
All of my cowboy friends laughed at me for buying a Toyota. They aren't laughing anymore when I showed them my features, towing package, mileage. Once they sit in the roomy backseat they love it! I love my Tundra. :) And yes girls do drive trucks!!!
07 Tundra CrewMax SR5 TRD 4x2
I have nothing but good praise for this truck. At 6'5" at 285 pounds, I fit better in the Tundra than I did in Chevy, GMC, or Ford. My little girl loves the reclining rear seats. The 5.7 thats in it will hold you tight in your seat. I tested three 07 trucks before I saw this one, I got in the CrewMax and I was sold. For the same prices of the others you get so much more, motor, room, style, and "fun" from this truck. You better like attention, everybody looks when you pull up.
