We never had any problems with our Prius. Since it was a very technical car, we got all of the extended warranty we could. My only complaint was the handling on the freeway if it was windy. The car is so light that you can really feel the wind when you are driving. I love the car. Must sell because we only need one car and my wife won the coin toss. I sold my Prius at 37,000 miles. No problems, just needed the $.

I wanted a super reliable, fuel efficient car, with a big community of owners who could help me with potential questions for free online. The Prius is everything I wanted and the community of Prius owners are super helpful. It costs $30 to fill up my Prius and I live in Los Angeles! Not to mention, I've had zero issues with it, even though I bought it used with 60,000 miles.

I had an AWD Tucson which was a great suv but awful on gas mileage. I was split between a 2015 and 2016, but ended up getting a loaded 2015 as I felt the interior was more spacious and comfortable (it feels like it has the same interior space as the Tucson). The 2016 and up get better mileage, but so far at just a month I've been averaging almost 60 mpg in my (almost entirely) city commute. I find the upright seating position comfortable, some did not like that. The leather materials do feel better quality than the cloth. It took a bit of getting used to but I find it very comfortable and easy to drive. It is slow to accelerate, and you'll probably need the power switch to pass a car or merge on the highway. From what I've researched, just keep up normal maintenance and they'll last forever. If this one ever dies I will be getting another.

We now have two Prius (Prii) in the family. I like the 2015 even better than the 2010. The stereo system is great! The bluetooth easily hooks up with my iPhone and make for excellent handsfree phone calls and music.

This was my first Prius and I put 300,000 miles on it without any problems at all. The only thing that I had to do was put new rubber on it every 40,000 miles. I now have a 2015 with only 23,000 miles. I have a long way to go.
