Used 2006 Toyota Prius Consumer Reviews
Technological Marvel
It is very comfortable and fun to drive this car. I am totally sold on the hybrid idea. Toyota Engineers have made excellent utilization of the interior space. I was amazed at how well the GPS and Bluetooth feature worked, though the voice activation is so so. Lots of interior and trunk space for a car this size. Acceleration is just above average. I was surprised to see there wasn't a power seat option. Overall, an awesome car - a technological marvel.
my little prius
My only complaint is the touch screen.. when it is cold, it is nearly black when it is bright outside the message is almost wiped out. I made a cardboard shield, painted flat black(inside), taped it to the border, and could then see the message in bright sunlight. You should offer this!! I love this car!!

Better than expected
This car is an engineering masterpiece. It is quiet with almost no wind noise at highway speeds. It has plenty of room. I enjoy driving it on a daily basis more than our RX330 or 740il. It is a great commuter car.
Business Vehicle
Ordered the Prius in September of 2005 and received on 01/23/06. Gas mileage is excellent at 44 MPG for all 9800 miles that I've put on it so far. Car has suprisingly good pickup and is very solidly built. This vehicle replaced a Tahoe which I was using for business. Fit and trim are excellent. Wish true American car companies could build a car that gets this type of mileage. Also love the keyless aspect with automatic unlocking of drivers door with out having to funble for keys.
06 Prius
This Prius replaced my 2003 Prius; I thought the 03 was ahead of its time, but my new one is just outstanding. I am currently averaging 49.1 MPG, most of which is high speed interstate driving (6000) miles.
