Used 2000 Toyota ECHO Sedan Consumer Reviews
95% Perfect
Performance is exceptional given small engine. Lags a bit with AC on, what can I expect. Now have close to 45,000 on it. Couple of minor rattles, other than that, excellent vehicle. Rock solid and reliable, as with my '94 Toyota P/U (225,000 miles, less than $2,500 in repairs)
I just love this car!
This car has been the best performing car I have ever owned, and has great gas mileage (almost equal to a hybrid).

Love the car
I just got my car a few months ago and I love it. I am a college student on a tight budget and was pleased with the price. It's a wonderful to drive, handles wonderfully. I have never had trouble with the handling of it in bad weather (not yet anyways). Great car for a first time byer.
My XMAS gift to me!
I just drove my first Echo home! I bought it for $300 because it had a fender-bender and the driver-side strut was bent. I'll repair tomorrow for about $70! So much cheaper than my 1990 F-150. I rated it all excellent expecting great things from this car. The last small car I had was a 1986 Nissan Sentra. It was a fantastic car other than the rear wheels leaned in (weird camber design). With the way economy is going I am just so darn happy now to be a member of the Echo Family!
Best car ever
I love this car. I wouldn't give up for a Cadilac. It is however not real comfortable for extended amounts of time. I use it just as a to and from town/work car. For that purpose it is the best I've ever driven. It's terrible in snow, sleet, rain, especially wind. But those days are few and far between. I would recommend this car to most anyone. Maybe not a teenager.
