Used 2000 Toyota ECHO Sedan Consumer Reviews
Fantastic!
I bought mine used 2 years ago with 270 000 kms on it, now at 312 000 and still runs well with routine maintenance! Only ever had to replace the starter. It's taken me across the province and back with zero issues until now(CV joints). It's quick, SUPER cheap on fuel(450kms on 1 tank of fuel), cheap/readily available parts, easy to work on, plenty of space in all areas of the vehicle, big windows(minimal blind spots), good ground clearance, fun to drive. I need a truck for off roading and camping....if I wasnt so outdoorsy I would one thousand percent keep my little car!

I bought my little green Echo in August of the first year it was out, so I was a little worried as it hadn't been out for very long. However, knowing Toyota, my fears were few, and I felt (and still feel) this is a better value than almost any other compact out there. Roomy, great gas mileage, responsive, good pick up- I can hold my own in this car. It's true it can get blown about by a stong wind or a large semi passing, but I have few complaints besides that!

best car ever.
this car is so so so fun to drive. i suddenly love my hour commute to school. it's very utilitarian and economic, all the compartments make a great use of space and the gas milage is outstanding. i love how the seats sit up high, being 5' i've felt kind of lost in many of the cars i've driven.
Can't kill this car!
Bought new in 2000. Other than initial problem w/o2 sensor, have had almost no repairs. Keep thinking of buying a new car but why bother?
get at least two
great mileage, peppy with shift button, have not had to align or change tires only rotate tires. Bought one for me and one for my daughter
