I went from a 21’ RAV4 hybrid XLE premium to the SIGNIA. I would have had to upgrade to the Limited Rav to get what I wanted, so decided to with the Signia. I don’t prefer sunroofs as they clog and can have issues, so the XLE Signia works. My husband is tall and the Rav passenger seat always felt really high and the Signia has a power seat on the passenger side- big help. The rear seats in the Signia are very comfortable and tons of space much wider than the Rav, plus heated. I carry around 2 dogs so the Signia being lower helps me with loading and unloading them. Mpg seem the same in both vehicles. I tinted all the windows and windshield which definitely gives it a different look and much better not a fishbowl. Not to concerned not having a spare I carry a tire plug kit, have had cars before that came with no spare. Overall I do like my station wagon lol bc that’s what it is. Smooth ride, great electronics, I do wish there was a tray in front of the wireless charger for storage like chapstick and change.

With this vehicle, I don’t need my wife to keep me awake. It pulls me back in the lane, slows me down when approaching other vehicles and keeps me from changing lanes when another car is too close. Oh! I’m not allowed to use the sports mode when wife is in the car. But, hey, she likes the comfort of the ride. The computers on the Crown Signia make it seem like a laptop on wheels. That said, I am not a technical engineer and it seems like too much to master without a U-tube video. Fortunately my wife forwarded a video to get me started. I think I could change it into a different car down the road just by redoing the set ups. The radio seems a little clumsy as I am driving and I need to focus to change stations. Oh wait, if I know what I want, I can just ask for it. Maybe the robots of the future can do a better job of jumping in the driver’s seat and driving me to my destination? For now though, I’ll just have fun driving.

Lexus quality and experience at a Toyota price

This car is superbly made and a joy to drive and experience, so much tech, features so well thought out, it’s like experiencing a vehicle that would cost 10 or $15,000 more in a luxury brand name. I purchased the base model Signia, was a little concerned that it didn’t have the JBL sound system, but I’m very satisfied with the quality of the system. Additionally, my dealer experience was wonderful, purchased from an ethical, straightforward, reasonable dealer. No games, no undue pressure for add-ons, couldn’t be happier.

The Goldilocks of hybrid SUVs!

It's a beautiful car in Finish Line Red with Saddle Brown interior. Very smooth, quiet and comfortable ride. Averaging 41-42 mpg. With the rear seats folded, it's has 6 1/2 feet of cargo area. Lots of leather on seats, dash and doors. Incredible number of electronic conveniences that are easily accessible. Physical buttons for all of the HVAC controls including heated/ventilated seats and heated steering wheel. I love the automatic high beams which surprised me. The different hybrid modes are simply indistinguishable they are so smooth. If I have any thing that could be improved, it would be a little bit of a subdued but somewhat coarse sound on hard acceleration. The eCVT is a treat. It doesn't act like a traditional CVT. It's far superior. I really like this car!

I wanted to purchase a Subaru Outback hybrid to replace my pickup truck. However, I found out that the Outback hybrid won't be available for a couple years. So, after much research I purchased a Toyota Crown Signia XLE. After 6 months the average fuel economy has reached 43 mpg. ( lowest was 22 and the highest was 68. Yes, 68 mpg) The car is quiet, with smooth hybrid power train operation. It is comfortable and my wife says the seats are the most comfortable ones she has ever sat in. The styling both in and out is very good and looks like a more expensive car than it is. The downside to the Crown is they have made it's less intuitive and more menu driven from the operator,s displays to the infotainment screens. I am looking forward to see how comfortable the Crown will be on a planned 5 hour trip. At this point in time it has exceeded my expectations.
