Used 2004 Toyota Corolla Consumer Reviews
Solid but Boring
I've had the car for 4 months now and have driven a little over 10,000 miles. There is a good solid feel to the car and the gas mileage is excellent. However, the car has a few shortcomings - primarily the tippy, over-high feeling on the road, the lack of performance with an automatic, and the lack of front seat leg room. Also, when adjusting the driver's seat to the rearmost position, the steering wheel is far away, necessitating an "arms out" position.
I LOVE My Toyota
The fabulous thing about the Corolla is that although there have been exterior design changes the manufacturer had the great sense never to change the interior layout. There isn't that fumbling around trying to locate thing on the dash board and controls, everything is right where it was on your last Corolla. All you have to do is drive and enjoy!
2004 Corolla S
With slightly over 2K miles on this car I'm a happy customer. The car is quiet, I never heard complaints from the rear passenger about comfort or ride. I've gotten a lot more compliments from people on the car's looks than I expected. It is like a baby Lexus. A loveable car. A better choice than the Golf I was pondering about especially in regards to reliability. The Corolla reminds me of my friends VW GTi as far as quietness and body rigidity is concerned. There is nothing cheap in the corolla. All in all this is a great buy for a car with this much class and refinement with a decent price.
Mini-Lexus
From fit and finish, to level of amenities, this is a great little car! Mother bought as a replacement to 1993 Camry. The leather interior is so upscale, and better done than many so called "luxury" vehicles. Wood trim and sunroof add to overall feeling of getting more than you paid for. And did I mention the incredible gas mileage?
Corolla 04 LE Review
Great car, met all my expectations, car a bit pricy for a sedan range but still a great car to own.
