I own the 07 Camry which has excessive oil consumption issue. See…http://www.toyotaproblems.com/trends/excessive-oil-consumption/. Toyota recongnized the problem but will not repair the issue under warranty. They declined our car even when we brought the car in at 59,508 when we noticed the car was using 1 qt of oil each 1,000 miles. They did repair the issue on some camry's and then stopped the warranty once they realized how many camry's have this issue. It should be a recall on the failed piston rings and Toyota should repair. There is a class action suite against Toyota but little or NOTHING will be done for the individual owners. Shame on Toyota for failing to take care of a manufacture's issue.

I love my new Camry! It's fast, fun and eye catching! I chose the SE model over the XLE because I love the sporty look that the other models don't have. It's also very roomy for those with families and plenty of safety features! Don't hesitate, go get yours today!!

This car drives fantastic, looks great, perfectly acceptable power and handling. A perfect balance of affordability, power, luxury and features. Ergonomics and engineering are second to none at any price. It is the only vehicle I have owned that I am totally pleased with. It is a great departure from my prior vehicles which include a Corvette, Dodge Ram, Sedan De Ville and Explorer. All of the above vehicles I liked but all had some type of issues. I am really pleased with the Camry so far. I have tinted the windows and may add some 18" or 19" wheels but that will be all. Everything else is perfect just as it is, from the one touch sunroof to the steering wheel mounted controls.

I love this car. I am getting 30+ highway and 27 combined. I made sure that I had a Japan built car instead of Kentucky and the quality is great. Toyota Customer Service is not educated and so don't expect answers from them. The XLE is well worth the extra dollars. Stereo is fantastic but the Bluetooth cellphone feature creates an echo unless you use the earphone. Very quiet and smooth but not a sports car.

This my 3rd brand new Toyotas. After 2.5 yrs+ ownship, the 2955 miles on the odometer is my testimony of this car bought brand new in Aug 07 and most miles are going to the dealers to get things fixed, inc. sunroof adjustment, replacement of leather driver seat cover, disformed windshield molding,rattles/squeaks,SAFETY RECALLS. I don't want to drive the car at all. All the rattles/squeaks drive me crazy and want to just crash it. I am still driving my old rear-ended-legally- totalled-but-mechanically-perfect 97 V6 Carmy LE very day and enjoy every mile on it. But this 07 top-of-the- line is a very different story. With all the choices in the $30K+ segment, this is very likely my last Toyota/Lexus.
