Meets all my needs
Needed a comfortable ride with great gas mileage for long daily commute. Seats are very comfy and provide adequate support. Love the dashboard interface. It’s simple and easy to read and navigate. Safety features were a must. Adaptive cruise, lane assist help make long drives even more comfortable. Overall very happy!

Check out the SE hybrid
Rented a 2020 SE camry 4 cylinder in February and was so impressed with the handling (compared to my 2012 XLE hybrid) that I eventually traded in the latter for a 2020 SE hybrid. The SE rides and handles much differently from the LE and XLE versions, a fact not well known. Handling in the SE more precise, better road feel, less body lean, somewhat stiffer ride, feels very solid on the road. Much better in my opinion but try it for yourself. The SE version now comparable to cars such as honda accord , mazda 6, and even approaches Audi and BMW. The doors are notably heavier and solid feeling compared to my old XLE. Other virtues of the car well known - toyota reliability, excellent fuel economy, comfortable, roomy, good storage, good safety features. Negatives - In order to get BSM and RCTA (essential in my opinion) had to buy a lot of useless stuff like a moon roof, wireless charging, rear seat charge ports, etc. This a consequence of how Toyota makes the cars. They don't specify you have to buy the stuff you don't want, just can't find a car without. Passenger front seat should be electronic , not manual. Forget about navigation from Toyota - just plug your iPhone in to the USB port and turn on apple CarPlay. Oh and by the way the manual is over 500 pages plus a 2nd 300 page plus one for the audio/navigation system, and tho the car is made in the U.S., I wonder where the manual was written. In sum, I love the car but nobody's perfect Update may 2023 - with 3 years driving, above comments still hold. The car is virtually trouble free ( did have to replace front carpeting under warranty). 46 mpg around town, 50 mpg on highway. If you're thinking about a prius, the camry hybrid is a lot more car for only slighly more money

Really nice 2020 Camry XLE Hybrid
Hmmm like the car but on first tank of gas only got 35 mpg. I will try two more tank fulls and if mileage not in 40’s likely trade it in for another vehicle. I figured since it’s on the Prius hybrid system gas mileage would be close to advertised but no where near so far. 463 total miles on 13 gallon tank. Hmmmm

Great Car
Love the new 2020 Toyota Camry. It is technologically the best product we’ve found. Only current issue is the Toyota Remote Connect mobile application doesn’t work to remote start the car. The selling dealer was not aware of this issue. Nor were we until several phone discussions with Toyota. Somebody’s not communicating! Update: We got the “remote connect” to finally work, which is great. However, Toyota charges $80 a year to continue to use this feature. That we are not happy about. Update: The original tires that came on this car were terrible. We had numerous issues with the tires, and the dealership (Wolverine Toyota) was not helpful at all, until my wife personally discussed the issue with the service manager. Finally, they replaced the tires, free of charge, but with the same poor performance tires. Update: We continue to have tire/balance/alignment issues.

Great car but EPA MPG is inacurate.
I have a 2021 Camry LE Hybrid. It is a very comfortable car to drive with good gas mileage. However, it does not get anywhere near the average 52 MPG EPA rating. I drive non-aggressively in eco mode, 90% city driving under 45 mph; check the tire pressure weekly, and keep the AC at 80 degrees. I live in the Mid-Atlantic, so not a lot of extreme weather. I only get 40-42 MPG. Overall great car, but misleading rating.
