Best kept secret in luxury sedans

This is our 4th Toyota in the past 2 years. All have been extremely dependable, just routine oil changes, get great gas mileage, and I think, some of the best looking cars on the road. Also, the interiors of all the cars are beautiful and functional. This is an important part of my car buying requirements. I'm a true blue American, but nobody beats the quality of the Toyota products.

Best car on the road

We enjoy this car so much. It is the best car we have driven. We are not young people (in our 70's). We have driven GM cars for years, then switched to Toyota, what a difference. This is our 5th Toyota Avalon, (new) and we have one 1996 that my husband drives that he bought used. So we have driven 5 new ones and one used on making six, so you know we are happy with Toyota.

Still amazed

This is car is pure enjoyment, 269 hp great response esp through all gears, smooth ride and handling. Instrument display perfect and at night when lit up, it looks fantastic. Navigation system is a pleasure to use, several interesting features, very useful. Sound system great wouldn't hurt to have a six hundred amp ampiflier. Dynamic laser cruise control, oh yeah! responds real nice in traffic a must have option. Smart key something else, we like the way you can overide the trunk, but remember to lock out the rear arm rest. Moon roof, heated/ac seats, shade screen rear window, auto wipers, hid auto leveling lights, reclining rear seats, the doors when closing sounded solid, I enjoyed the sound over and over

More in common with a Lexus than Toyota

It's a Lexus, minus the "L" on the front -- which drops the price by at least $10K. It's a joy to drive, the gas mileage is fantastic for a car of this size, and this car can GO. I have to be careful when driving because it's very easy to push it past 90 on the highway without even thinking about it -- the ride is that smooth. This is a car that will never annoy you.

Great Car

We just returned from a round trip from Kentucky to Sun City, Az. The car was loaded heavily for our three month stay. The overall mileage going and coming was 29.96 mpg. We have been Lincoln Town Car owners for years and the seats of the Avalon fit our bodies better than the Lincolns.
