This is no doubt the finest all around car I have ever owned. I just sold my Cadillac 2001 DTS and am buying my 2nd Avalon Limited. My 1st one was delivered 4/18.

I had my Avalon over a year and it has been the best vehicle I have owned during the past forty-five years. Great ride and power when one needs it. I have not had one problem with this car. My friends whom ride in my car loves it. Lots of room in the back seat for legs. You won't go wrong buying a Toyota Avalon. We love it!

We love our new Avalon! It drives and handles beautifully. It is extremely quiet inside the vehicle and there is plenty of room for my three children in the backseat.

Never thought I would buy an Avalon, WOW

The WOW is for the car itself. Did my research and found this car worth a look see! lol, wow, what a car! Definitely pure luxury, I think it was better than the Lexus. I figured they know what they are talking about. Not a cheap car either, but well worth it. Got the XLS, completely loaded.

Not Quite Ready for Prime Time

My 2006 Avalon XLS is overall a great car. It has major drawbacks in the "drive by wire" trans; it can't seem to find its gear when your slowing down. If you speed up, it revs and then lunges, meanwhile nothing is happening to move you forward. This is a safety and fuel economy issue. The in-town, surface street mileage is awful, about 12-14 mpg, as is the stop and go driving and in-traffic mileage. On the open road, it gets great mileage, and has the power needed to get up and go. I've had some bad fit and finish experiences: side turn signal mirrors were distorted after 2 tries to replace; still working on wind noise from side windows, way too loud. Magnetic signs damage the paint.
