Too many issues to count!!
Here is my list after 3 months of having the model x (in shop for two weeks, after only having in for three weeks) *Came with two broken wheel well plastic frames *Middle seats malfunctioned and had to be replaced *screen malfunctioned and chip had to be replaced Since we got it back from that service *Seats no longer respond to preset setting for each driver *passenger seatbelt tightens no mater the situation and does not release only keeps getting tighter to the point you are pinned to the seat. *Smart summons has only worked well 2 times *rubber around the window bent and creased *rubber looks unfinished on both front doors *driver side window rolls up and down very slowly and rubs the window on the way up, you can notice on the window we’re it’s rubbing *I have to manually connect my phone each time I get in because it no longer does it automatically even though it’s set to priority phone *Regenerative braking works whenever it wants to, never consistent *paid an extra $10,000 for self driving premium package, Full self driving capability. Every time we have used it it nearly crashed and definitely would if our hands were not on the wheel. It’s doesn’t gradually loose control it’s a jerk reaction. Each time we have tried it it jerked toward the divider on the highway. It speeds up when going to an off ramp for an exit. When highway has turns or curves doesn’t recognize to slow down. *back truck closed on me and doors don’t respond if a child is under it; only in front of it. Additional functionality annoyances. *middle seat do not reclin enough to feel like you are laying back *front console can not fit two coffee cups next to each other. I absolutely do not feel safe in this car. Looking into a refund.

Biggest $ waste on a car in my life
Bought this for my wife. $125K so not a cheap investment. Top to bottom bad Doors inexplicantly close on your head, garage door closes on the car as you drive into garage, Wing doors rub against panels causing paint to chip, cruise control malfunctions and slams brakes on for no reason, auto drive has mistaken thruway overpass shadows as a solid wall causing the breaks to pump at 70 mph and so on and so on and so on. After 20,000 strenuous models, I traded it in and took a bath and bought a new Audi Q7 which is MILES ahead of Tesla in quality and conveniences.

Do not buy this car
Do not buy a tesla x. Tesla has the worst service of any car company on the market. And for the price of the x, it just isn't worth it. Delay after delay. They never meet the times they give you. They have cost me a lot of money. You can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. They aren't willing to accommodate you in any way. They will lie to your face. Go with another company.
Terrible battery range and customer support
I bought a Model X with a warranty from Tesla, warranty of course includes the battery. It is rated for 237 miles of range. Within four days of purchase, I noted I am getting 40 miles on it before it is at zero. The car is also losing 24 miles per day when it's not being driven. Published documents indicate you shouldn't lose more than 5-10/day. Their service support indicates it is completely normal and refuses to do anything about the battery - in fact they told me my car's battery is outperforming the average Model X. I don't understand how this is normal. How is it normal that the car only is able to do 1/6 of its rated range? The average american drives 18 miles to work - good luck making it home. It's misleading advertising and poor warranty support. I wish I wouldn't have bought the car. Buyer beware.
