Used 2003 Saturn VUE Consumer Reviews
My views on the VEW
At firstI was not to taken with the VEW however over time I have become quite fond of it. On the highway it holds the road well. I have not really had it of road enough to qulify it. I am not overly enthused with it's gas milage and If you are runing around 50mph with the front windows up and the back down (so your dog can enjoy the ride)the vibration from the door panels flexing is deffening.[ this does not occure with all windows open or closed.] If you are planing to use it only in town you might consider the 4cyl. I have the 6cyl with AWD and am quite happy with it but will tell you more when I reach 100,000.
Another great car from SATURN
As a proud owner of a 1995 SC2 I decided to purchase the VUE for my wife and children. This SUV rocks! No it isnt a Lexus or Mercedes but if you want an SUV that will last and preform for 10 years, then I suggest you join the "Saturn Family". Have always had excellent experiences with Saturn, and will probably be a lifetime customer. The AWD V6 has plenty and I do mean PLENTY of horsepower 0 - 60 times are incredible and the SUV is solidly built and not nearly as noisy as the car reviewers say.

Stout and Steady
Has been a dependable performer since its purchase. Like 3.0L six but wish I had waited for the 3.5L for the towing capacity.
Good Value
The Vue is roomy and surprisingly zippy. The Vue has plenty of room for my family of four. Plus With the split back seat the cargo area is great for hauling all kinds of stuff. The four cylinder is zippy enough for around town driving and passing. In fact one needs to keep an eye on your speed. Generally it is good Value.
Luv it!!
I love this vehicle! 28 mpg, plenty of pickup, and I find it extremely comfortable. My son says it is like an optical illusion, looks tiny on the outside but plenty of room on the inside. I can park it anywhere, but the wide stance feels very secure. Yes, the engine is somewhat loud, but I just turn up the stereo! The base stereo and tape/CD is just fine.Sure, with the new type of transmission you are taking a chance as with any new technology, but that is what warranties are for. For me, I thought the RAV4 was incredibly uncomfortable and way too tiny inside. I pack 4 dogs a kid and groceries with no problem.
