Used 2004 Saturn ION Consumer Reviews
Some, but not enough
I bought an ION after owning a 92 Saturn SC and being so pleased with it. I was VERY disappointed with the ION. It rattled, parts came off all the time, brakes weren't that good. I definitely got my money's worth out of that warranty. Good for a first car, but after having had high quality, I can't go back to Saturn.
Great Driver, Quiet and Zippy !
Driven for 5 weeks now, center mounted speedo was greatest concern, no problem in changing to watch from center of dash car rides great, quiet especially, shifts fine, comfortable and nice interior, great looks and great visibility from inside. A nice car which feels more expensive that it really is...........glad I looked before I bought a Ford Focus, ION is much nicer ride and drive ! Car actually rides and feels like a BMW.
A Great Car
I bought the Bright Blue 2004 quad coupe 2 after extensive shopping and the fact of the matter is that after test driving the Corolla, Neon SXT and about a million other cars, this is the one that stood out. It's fun to drive, sporty looking, safe, gets a lot of attention out on the road and best of all didn't cost an arm and a leg to get one that is well equipt. The buying experience was great too, no pressure or arguing and straight forward sales people.
The Saturn Ion is a Greeat Car!
The Saturn Ion is a great car that I would highly recommend to those looking to buy one, I just recently did and I absolutely love it! It is a great car and I am very happy with it!
The New Mustang
I don't know what the editor's problem with the vehicle is, I find it perfectly fine and people are always asking what kind of car it is. With the rear spoiler she almost looks like an improved mustang. For those afraid of getting lemons, look for a warranty on top of the one that already comes with it, that offers a 30 day/1500 mile free replacement warranty. Where if anything goes wrong with the car that is the manufacturers fault within that time frame, the car will automatically be replace, that's what I was offered at my dealership, not all may do it though.
