Used 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera Sedan Consumer Reviews
olds
Mecahically great at 100000 miles, some interior were. Great at high speeds.
reliable hand me down
My Grandfather bought the car brand new in 1990. After his death he handed the car down to my parents. Few years later I recieved the car. It has lasted 13 years in my family and there has been no major problems. the biggest repair that was done to it was merely new brakes, and that was just a few months ago. This car is always dependable, it hasn't failed 3 generations yet.
good car
I got the car from my parents and now 13 years later it has 209000 miles on the old girl. The car still does not burn any oil. the only thing i have done beside the routine stuff is change the alternator, starter, and a couple fuel infectors, but what do you expect its got 209000 miles on it.
Still runs like a champ after 13 years!
I got this car at 42,000 miles from my Grandpa Angelo in '96, and the car has been running great since then(118K now). Very few problems with this car- had some fuel injector minor issues at 60K, and the thing has never really had great brakes. Motor mounts are starting to fade and just last week my driver's side front power window relay switch panel stopped working. Other than that, it has been a joy- couldn't ask for a more reliable car!
Great first car
After searching for an affordable used car, oldsmobile's cutlass ciera jumped out at me. It's not flashy, but it isn't hideous either. It has about 125,000 miles and is still running strong.
