Buyer beware on infotainment
I should have walked/ran away when my phone wouldn't even connect at the dealership when I purchased it. So many things have gone crazy with it. The screen will go black, meaning no cameras (yeah isn't that just great!) I keep having to pair my phone. At times someone calls and you can't hear them at all. The radio sound will be stuck at a level that won't change. Meaning you can try to blast the music or turn it down and nothing happens. Other times there's no radio at all. We've taken it in and the dealer says "We've haven't had a car that's done this". They've done updates, didn't work, replaced entire infotainment. After that stereo sound like you're listening to music under water-a distorted sound.. The unit still will be black even after trying to reset it. It dropped the map , which was great driving to another state. The radio will not have any sound, sometimes if you switch from FM to Sirius radio then back it will work. There was a time when we didn't have any music at all. The settings won't stay after you set them. Keep having to set seat and heads up display and light function. I finally got so fed up and called Nissan and explained everything, that purchasing a car for over $40,000 on a platinum for all the bells and whistles, I'm disgusted that the bells and whistles they promised don't work. I want them to buy back this car. I'll never buy another Nissan

Disappointing Experience
Purchased a new 2024 Nissan Rouge SV AWD May 30, 2024, it currently has 31868 km on it. Overall I would say we are happy with the vehicle. This is our 3rd new Rouge and up to this point I would say we have been a loyal Nissan customer. The issue we have, is that after 14 months and 31,000 kilometres the Yokohama tires are completely worn out. The tire wear is even on all 4 tires and we have had them rotated and the tire pressure has been checked on regular basis. My disappointment comes from having to spend $1500 for new tires after such a low amount of kilometres. I have approached Yokohama, Nissan and the dealer and know can offer an explanation of why the tires have worn out so quickly, or offer any kind of assistance. I don’t think I being unreasonable, both of our previous Rouges had over 65,000 kilometres on them when we traded them in and in both cases they still had tread life left on the tires. Lack of assistance and no reasonable communication about the issue will definitely test my loyalty when it comes time to replace this vehicle.
My Baha Storm..love my Nissan Rogue
Love everthing about it so far. And truthfully Edmunds.com was partially responsible for my decision to purchase. You gave me information on the sale of my car which helped tremendously.
