Very Fun Car
Did a lot of research and picked the Rogue in Midnight Jade. Surprised every 3rd car on the road isnt 1. Ive found 4 distinct driving modes. The put it in drive and go mode, the Low mode- for slow, bad conditions driving, sport mode-yahoo. when I get it broke in I’ll b using almost exclusively. Last is turning off the OD or over-drive. Great for going up hills. I dont have to worry about mp/litre as I live close to work, so when the motor is broke in...sport mode! The active trace- inside wheels brake slightly is nice. But the birdseye-view camera is awesome, better than I thought. I feel if I didnt get a lemon, I’ll be raving about this car for years......update.... It's been over 18 months now and I love it just as much as I did when I bought it. Goes to show, do your research. If the Rogue had an extra 100HP, this would be the perfect vehicle.update, it's been 2 years now and I love it just as much asi did the day I brought it home. Update- been over 3 yrs and still very happy with it. Runs like a top.Update: it’s been over 4 years now and it looks feels and drives like new.I am still 100% happy with it. ************New update************. Still enjoying my 2014 Rogue. Thought about updating but I’m still loving this SUV. But if rust on the door sills but other than that it’s still an awesome vehicle. New update: runs a little better than new. Still love driving this car.

Noisy
Rattles everywhere - crazy making! Rough ride - feel every bump on the road. Air conditioning doesn't ever really get cold. This has been like this since I bought it when the car was only a year old car with less than 15k miles on it. Ridiculous. Can't wait to get rid if it.

MPG is so far off
I leased a Rogue when a lease on an Altima was expiring. The car is bad. The sticker MPG says 31 highway, 25 city. I have never gotten over 24 MPG since I got the car, and I drive mostly highway. Also, the battery in the car was defective and had to be replaced 10 days after I got the car. Fit of the drivers side door is poor. It makes a grinding sound every time I open the door. Lastly, the windshield wipers are brand new and whenever they return to the down position, there is a place on the windshield that is not cleared of water. Terrible vehicle.
2014 Rogue
Very good and Reliabe car,the best I've owned this far. This car had the technology way ahead of the most expensive cars when I purchased it in 2014

Loved driving my Rogue
My 2014 Nissan Rogue was a great car! I bought it new and loved driving my car. In the six years of ownership I had no mechanical problems, only regular maintenance. My only complaint about the car was the sunroof leaked and of course did not start leaking until the warranty was out.

Get up and go!
Does not come standard with hitch. I bought the car with a little over 60,000 miles, we put 10,000 miles on it and bam, it needed the transmission replaced. The new transmission will only have 14,000 left on my warranty and it still is not working right. So more time off work to take back what I now am very disappointed in. When I bought it, it had recalls they never repaired until I brought it up. The recalls were issued before I bought the car. You would think Gainesville Nissan would have done these before sending out a new customer on the road. Right? Lots of a/c problems.Still a great car and I would buy another one.

Ok car but
Bought a new rogue select in 2014'. Car was never off of paved roads, in 20,000 miles front tires were worn out. My advice to you is if you buy a new rogue have the dealer check the alignment before you buy it.

Gas Mileage lagging...
I have opened a case with Nissan of No. America, due to the fact that I drove away from dealership with new 2014 Rogue, and was getting 15 MPG. They told me to wait till car reaches 1,000 for accurate gas mileage. Now at 2,000 miles and I am averaging 23 mpg. Not what they are advertising. I am NOT getting anywhere near 30, 32, 33 mpg highway, no way. Sucks and I am not a happy camper.
Poor Mileage
Mileage is terrible. Mine only had 2,000 miles on it when I bought it. Supposed to get good gas mileage. It sucks! I get 21.5 in city or highway. Never any better. Also no trunk light. Visibility is blocked by headrest in back seat. I was told mileage would improve as it got higher. I am not at 11,000 miles and it is 15 months later and the mileage is the same. Trying to sell it. Other than that it is a good car. Very disappointed. Mileage should be alot better than what I am getting.

2014
2014 Nissan Rogue Select...good fuel economy....that’s about it. 75000 miles and the throttle body dies on the interstate...been in the shop 4 days waiting on part from Nissan...$1100 repair...I tried for 30 minutes to get help from Nissan roadside assistance to no avail. When it’s back in my possession it’s getting traded off for something. Update! The transmission failed at 85,000.... Bought a a Chevy Equinox! Waaayyy better, smoother, quieter, more comfortable vehicle. Very satisfied with the Chevy.

Great looking, Great gas mileage, Great functionality!
My wife and I were looking to replace our Town and Country mini van and looked at several SUV's in this class. We wanted good gas mileage, good functionality since we were downsizing and something that looked really good! I'll update you on gas mileage on a future update we haven't had it long enough to give an honest reading yet. The ride has been great and the CVT has been a nice surprise, there is some engine noise while accelerating but no road noise, nice and smooth. The cargo area is spacious with many options with the rear seats up or folded down. The exterior looks really good and the interior is very comfortable with all the controls within easy reach.
Good car but need more active safety equipment
Good car but need more active safety equipment such as active braking system.

The Rogue Club
Love my 2014 Rogue.Bought used in 2018,with 40,000 milage. Reg maintenance. One problem is all the outdoor seals leak dark streaks.Door handles,Trunk handle etc.Just keep wiping it off.No recall for the seals.
Satisfied
So far, very satisfied.
I Bought the N Rogue 2016 Not the 2014
I've had the car about 3 weeks now and I love it. I didn't think I would because it seems so big for me but the more I drive it the more I like it. And I like all the "bells and whistles" that come with it. The car is black - just wish they had a model that hides the dirt better now I have to keep it shining. :-}
