I love my 2011 until it started to shimmy when starting out and driving slow. I had the 2 front axles replaced as well as tires rotated. Still the shimmy. What can I do to fix it. it has almost 120k miles on it. well taken care of. HELP!!!

Rides Like a Dream and Cheap at the Pump

It's now only one week old and I already have 1100 miles on it. Everything about this car has exceeded my wildest expectations, and it took me three months to decide. I needed something larger and more comfortable than my 2009 Elantra Touring without sacrificing much fuel economy or my beloved iPod interface. Well, the fuel economy is even BETTER (27-31 MPG on the highway without poking along), the ride almost feels like a Lincoln Navigator, the road noise is very little (just enough to provide feedback), and the touch screen iPod interface and stereo system is even better than the Hyundai. The back up camera works in reverse gear and is also a great feature. So is the trip computer.

Avoid nissan

Nissan refuses to stand behind their products. The CVT acceleration issues is a known problem by nissan and they refuse to accept their faulty product. I've already replaced it once at my expense and now after 2 years I'm expected to spend another 4,000 to fix the same issue. Will never buy another nissan product.

Feels like Fisher-Price made it

Want to start off by saying I have always had Ford explorers. I got the Nissan rogue not because I wanted it but because it's what I could get a loan for in these tough times that the whole world is going through right now. I am a very outdoorsy person and I'm not a delicate person so I'm a great tester for reliability and just how durable a car is interior wise everything! Not only can you just feel how cheaply made these are but forget about even trying to do stuff on your own like if you're blower goes you literally have to take the entire dashboard apart everything is so crammed up and tucked in it's so difficult to work on yourself. The interior is horrible if you have cloth rips very easy( like on the middle console)there's absolutely no power in this vehicle and don't even think about buying it if you're 5'7 or taller I am constantly hitting the wind shield wipers on ,my dog is constantly hitting the rear view mirror just sitting in the passenger seat lol , and I'm continuously smacking my head when I go to use the hatch in the back to put in groceries etc. I literally feel like if I got hit in this it's just going to completely smash everything! It's very cheaply made and would be perfect for someone who is single does absolutely nothing and has no pets or kids! It is not comfortable for long drives either! I almost forgot about the blind spots in this vehicle in between the windshield in the side windows really bad blind spots and in the back the same! It also would have been really great if when your key fob is not near you that it didn't just blink softly that it actually made a noise that would have been real helpful too! I could go on and on but if you're a person who needs something rugged and that's going to last this is not the vehicle for you! I personally will never be driving a Nissan anything again LOL and prefer American made that's my personal opinion!
