Way to go, Mazda!
I recently bought this car used, having searched for a GT with manual transmission. I had bought a 2012 Skyactive GT with auto since the manual was not available. Wow! What a difference the transmission makes. Drivability is greatly improved with such a slick shifter and smooth clutch. It's the best manual I've driven, having previously owned 06 and 09 Mazda 3's with manual. Engine power is modest but made more than bearable due to excellent handling and truly outstanding gas mileage. Add to that a fully functional in-dash touchscreen navigation, blind spot monitoring, keyless entry and ignition, auto wipers, and articulating headlights and you have a great automobile.
Careful with the mazda lease offers
I strongly suggest staying away from their lease deals. We leased a 2013 Mazda 3 with a 36,000 mile limit on it. Returned the car a month ago with 24,000 miles on it. Car had normal wear and tear on it and then we received the final invoice from Mazda. They nickel and dime you to death and now we have a $ 1,000 bill to pay. I leased cars before but nothing comes even close. I couldn`t believe it when I got the invoice. We returned the car with 12,000 miles less than allowed and always brought it to the dealership for maintenance ( top dollar). Good thing I waited with a new one until final bill arrived. Mazda? Never again. We actually where never impressed with the car but thought it`s a cheap car to go to the store. Just don`t drive more then maybe two hours or your back will hurt so bad that you have to stop. Worst seats in a car I ever and it`s so underpowered it`s ridiculous.

Dont do it
Ranked really high for car insurance. I paid more to insure my mazda3 then I did for my brand new charger. They are easily damaged and costs a lot to fix. They smash better than a coke can.

Zooms past Hyundai
Recently purchased after trading in Hyundai Veloster. Like night vs. day, this fun vehicle is far superior to the Veloster. Acceleration, Handling, Comfort, Bluetooth, etc. can't be beat. This is my third Mazda and it was a mistake to think that Hyundai could be anywhere near as good as a Mazda. Zoom Zoom
