I ordered 2023 Lincoln Navigator Reserve L for my fleet in early September 2022. The car was delivered to us on January 3rd 2023. It is a second Navigator in our fleet as we own 2020 with same trim and we love it. By January 5th I drove the car for bout 280 miles and went to the airport for client pick up. turned off the car and when client was ready I was trying to start the car. I tried every option with help of the dealer and car failed to start with the fab. It started with the Lincoln app but would not go into the gear. I was told by the dealer to tow the car back to them Once at the dealership a Lincoln service foreman and director of service briefly checked my brand new car and couldn't figure out what is wrong with it. I was provided a 2019 loaner from Enterprise (pretty beat up) Initially I was mad than I started to laugh as that's not what do you expect from buying a $105,000 car that lasts less than 300 miles. As of today I am still driving the rental and Im in mercy of local Lincoln dealer when and if they will run deeper diagnostics on my Brand New Car, I am very disappointed that I waited 4 months for vehicle that I love and it lasted 2 days.

I'll keep this short and sweet. I purchased a brand new 2022 Navigator Reserve L, fully loaded, in March of 2022. In the first 9 months of ownership, the vehicle was not drive-able because it was broken, for over 30 days, qualifying us for lemon law. After the last service at 9 months, the vehicle seemed to be okay until just a month ago and it died on us again. We are now pursuing lemon law relief to force Lincoln to buy back the vehicle at the full purchase price and intend to buy an Escalade to replace our Navigator. We tried leveraging Lincoln's "In Good Faith" program but they denied our claim which absolutely blows my mind as we EASILY qualify for lemon law status in TEXAS of all places. This was the first, and will most likely, be the last Lincoln I ever purchase. If only BMW or Mercedes made an equivalent sized SUV I'd be all over it like white on rice. It's a real shame, too, because when the vehicle is working, it's a dream to drive and ride in.

significant vibration at highway speeds and Germain Lincoln (dealer) and Lincoln Engineering say it is "normal undesirable driving characteristic" So it's normal for them to sell a six figure Navigator with undesirable ....??? Do not buy

We ordered our Navigator and was very pleased when we received it. It arrived with a problem with the second row captain chair and Billy Howell Lincoln in Cumming, Ga. corrected the issue temporarily. We later contacted them about picking it up and fixing the issue again, but we were now told that we lived to far and had to drive it down to them, plus if a loaner was available we could get one but not guaranteed, though promised during the purchase…… Call Lincoln Concierge service and they weren’t helpful either. I guess they don’t care what the dealership do or say…. Sad day, Cadillac never treated us this poorly, even though we love the Lincoln, the customer service is the worse!

Such a great car…the drive is so great and still learning all the functions but this car blows my mind it so good
