The extra room in the back is perfect for our family. Lots of room so we can load up for road trips! It is very comfortable and my favorite luxury feature are the massaging seats!

After 37,000 miles I started having problems with the center screen. It would shut off intermittently and not turn back on. Other than that I had 0 problems, other than the stiff suspension. I replaced the 22 inch wheels with factory 20 inch, and it totally changed the ride for the better. Very luxurious and the 30 way seats are the most comfortable I have ever ridden in. Traded it for a 2023 Yukon Denali, which rides much better and has more room.

Best large luxury vehicle on the planet!

I have never owned an SUV and especially anything Ford until now. I have owned my 2018 Nav for two years now and have not had any problems whatsoever. I bought it due to its looks and this is the most luxurious vehicle I have ever owned. The inside is just amazing with all the bells and whistles; plenty of room, awesome high-end stereo, very comfortable seats, and a very powerful engine. I receive compliments all the time, Lincoln has finally stepped up their game!

Service issues

Vehicles heated steering wheel is a joke, warms up on start and then cools right down. A Lincoln factory rep looked at the issue and refused to allow us to be present. How can a heated steering wheel only reach 58 degrees and Lincoln maintains this is within their acceptable range. Pick up and drop off service is a joke and the vehicle is supposed to be returned washed. I have to take our vehicle in for service and am given a coupon for the local car wash.

Just read about how another user has issues with the engine and service. First my battery went dead and instead of a new one they just gave it a long charge, this the service manager told me and admitted it should have been replaced. Next they had to replace the injectors after finally thinking that the issues I had/still have and that did no good. I go to excelerate and it burps. When they did the tech forgot to replace a hose clamp on the engine and while driving it over heated and had to be towed across town to the dealer. I have never owned a Ford product and swore I never would but the Escalades the past few years are bad. Look all in all I like the SUV, but you call it Lincoln, it's still a Ford and they have major motor issues. Hope they can fix them my lease is up in a year and the new Escalades are looking good despite that past years issues
