Yes it was built and designed by humans, but ours is perfect. Great acceleration, incredible fuel economy, can’t be stopped off road, convertible, and everything works just as designed. Updated Feb 2021; Some plastic interior trim (all to do with roof removal), and seat belt buckle surrounds have broken. Otherwise continues to AMAZE. 0-16 degrees consecutively with 18” of snow ❄️ over ice 🧊. This beast was unstoppable. 40,000 ish miles now. Some valve chatter. Noticeable with doors and roof off. Still Amazing ❗️

money pit with limited help from jeep

I bought a 2018 jeep JL wrangler with a 2.0L turbo 4 cylinder engine. It had spent more time in the shop than anything ever. So far I have had two fuel pumps, a wire harness for fuel pump, numerous sensors, new stereo, parts replaced on soft top and now a new turbo. I have 60800 miles on this thing and this all started at 16000 miles and I bought it may 16th of 2019. I would not recommend anyone buying a jeep after the problems this jeep has had and customer service just keeps saying there is nothing they can do. I can't go lower than one star or I would.

Build quality isn’t there

Took 3 visits for my transmission leak to get corrected, they replaced it. 7500 miles was leaking since day one. Was leaking through the case casting. I love my Jeep, but I hate the poor quality and how cheaply it’s made.

Great Jeep. Wife is super happy... so that make's me happy! Mojito Green is a fun color! These have way more creature comforts than my old Jeeps!

No Problems With This One

I feel bad for all the people that had bad experiences with Jeep. I'll never buy an other Chevy because of a bad one I had. I have been a faithful Jeep owner since my 1979 Cherokee, have always had one in the drive way. The 2018 JL 2 door sport 3.6 is the most impressing of all the Jeeps I've had. It tows my dirt bikes and street bikes easily and back up is a synch. Dragging logs out of the woods with ease. Solid and stable in every aspect I've put it through. Uconnect pairs every time and the sound it decent for a stock system. Getting about 22 mpg on my commute daily. There is a bit of wind noise but it's a jeep and that's ok by me. I have not had the "wobble" issue in the steering as others have so I can't comment on that. The interior is by far the best Jeep has come out with for a Wrangler. Controls are at proper locations for me. You sit up and can see over traffic in an alert position. Three part top is great, much better than the one part top that took 3-4 people to remove. We bought one that had electronic nothing the most base package you can. Power windows, locks in a Wrangler, Why? If you test drive it, the Wrangler will sell it's self. Good acceleration and good power for a 6 cyl. A gazillion accessories are available if one is so inclined. Had it for 2 years now and still love it. It's my go to vehicle for every day.
