Mail Carrier here!
Wranglers are made to work, climb, and play. If you bought it to be "cool" and for it to run errands or sit in your garage, get something else. I am a mail carrier, I have a RHD that Jeep is kind enough to make for us. They will however only make us the very basic of models, no options allowed. So I basically live in my Jeep, but I cant get the comforts they offer for other Jeeps, that sucks, it's not very comfortable, the sound system sucks, but it's so much better than my 2003. I got this one in December 2016, the 2017 model. She's got 78,000 miles on her, that is not a typo, I got her with 6 miles on her. I have not encountered one problem at all, this Jeep is worked hard 6 days a week, she gets to rest on Sunday only. My backup Jeep, my 2003, has not been needed at all, it just gets dipped in the mud now and goes out for play. This reviewer asks for city or highway, none of the above, I am on dirt and mud and ice and snow. I need a vehicle that will go through anything mother nature has to throw at it, my Wrangler does this, I have only been stuck twice in all the years I've owned a Wrangler. Both of these times were me seeing how far I could push her, snow drift higher than the hood and about 100 yards long, I didn't get enough initial momentum and hung up about 15 feet from the end :( She did walk right out though once I got out and kicked some snow out from underneath. I only run BF Goodrich AT's though and that has a lot to do with it. I've pulled out plow trucks and cars and even my one ton dually diesel that were stuck, the power definitely surprises me, I thought I'd have to get the tractor going for that last one. So I'm sure there are a few with factory defects that haven't been so great, but I've put this one through the wringer and its passed with flying colors. I'm meticulous about my maintenance and my 2003 is retired with more miles than I thought was ever possible for a gas engine, we'll see how many I can get on this one.

What the heck are the "so called" experts thinking
I have the 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, and this truck rides nice, the experts say it doesn't , well go test drive one, maybe these are the same experts that said Trump would not win the presidency. Interior is great, everything you could want except a back up camera(sure they will include that in the 2018 version). Engine is strong , seats are comfortable, and remember this is a truck. You want to be different or you can get an SUV that you can't tell one from another - they all look alike. Don't take my word go test drive one, you will be shaking you head at the experts just like me. Still love the truck - today's date is 10/25/17. Today is 10/26/2020, still own my Jeep and it’s been a Great. Did replace my brakes, and had to replace the blend door actuator (heater was blowing cold), also the battery. That’s it in three plus years. All normal repair work except for the actuator. Plan are keeping this for a while . Still have my Wrangler, today’s date is October 27 2021. Still a gem. Replace brakes, tires. Love this truck. God willin’ keep it another five years, and then buy a new one. 04/27/2022, decided to buyout my lease and keep my Jeep. Just love this truck. Thank God no major issues. 10/25/2022, still own my Wrangler- 40,000 miles now, still a gem, Thank god .

Our first Wrangler
We purchased a Jeep Wrangler, mainly to tow behind our RV. It's easy to switch the transfer case to neutral and tow it on 4 wheels. The ride is a bit rough, but that was expected. The acceleration is good, as is the handling.
