Love My Liberty!

I bought my Liberty Sept. 07 and have been in love with it ever since. Previously I had a Ford Focus which I disliked and wanted something bigger and better in the snow since I live in PA. It drives great in the snow and on anything you throw its way. Quick on the highway. Approx. 20 mpg which isn't awful but it would be nice if it was better. I'm not sure why people complain about the window controls. I had a Mercedes and they were in the same place. I like them there since the driver and passenger can control them. Comfortable driver seat. So much fun to drive. I'll never own anything other than a Jeep.

2007 Jeep Liberty

I bought my liberty used with 36,000 miles on it last January. It now has 46,000. All my Windows have broken, when the back left door window broke it fell down inside my door & shattered ( this happened going down the road in the winter ) I have all of my Windows ratchet strapped up with the door panels off because its the only way to keep them from breaking because every time they are replaced. They break again. I though I would love this SUV but it has been a nightmare, I would not recommend a Jeep to anyone. Its a p. O. S. To put it nicely :) I will never buy or own another Jeep once I'm able to trade this one in.

had this car since it first came out in 2007 bought it new. had to replace all 4 of the power window units several times, the ac unit has gone bad twice due to an electrical failure in the switch the first time, the second time the condensor coils were shot, great for road trips just be prepared to make alot of stops for gas.sucks down the battery life really fast,we have to replace it once every year.had a factory recall just 2 years ago due to if it got rear ended it could explode,so they put a hitch on the back thats somehow supposed to help or prevent that .it took them 10 years before they realized this problem and sent out a recall.overall its a great jeep and i highly recomend it.

OK for short trips

I've had my Liberty for 1 month and it's OK. Gas mileage is OK at 24 mpg. The ride is good, but a little bumpy on rough roads. The seats sit high and give the driver a commanding view, but they can be uncomfortable on longer trips. It does great in the snow, even in 2 wheel. As for convenience features it has a lot to be desired - no storage areas other than the glovebox and a small compartment between the front seats. You have to stretch to reach temperature controls as they sit low on the dash. It's a good vehichle for short trips, but not the best family car to purchase.

Hi, I bought my jeep as my first new car. It's been reliable, has a great 4wd system that allows shift on the fly at 50 mph! It's the limited with all the bells and whistles - which is the only downfall. Though a steal price versus options, the premium sound doesn't play mp3's and the roof rack system is a step down from the Cherokee. The trunk is small. But, it's reliable, does well both on and off the road, through snow, mud, and cities. parking is excellent as it's the size of civic. handling is very sharp and acceleration is good
