2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Consumer Reviews

Poor & Slow Electronics
SUV does not follow driver "Profile" settings - you never know what to expect. Engine, shifting and braking are less than sophisticated - by far. Dealer incompetence is unbelievable - like they never saw a Grand Cherokee before. UPDATE: 2024 Limited with Luxury Tech package. Basically, electronics are (put kindly) crazy. We never know what to expect from AC settings to seat positions. Every time we start the car, we have to check what all settings have been changed. Many trips to dealer later, the dealer encouraged us to file a lemon law case against Jeep. Another person at the dealership said they couldn't get help from Jeep as Jeep didn't care. Bottom line, avoid all Stelantis autos!

Better than most
It has everything you need and then some. Very quiet and easy to drive. Plenty of headroom. Plenty of space. Passenger can surf the Internet on the dash monitor and the driver can't see it. All passengers have controls for AC and music.

New Jeep body style
Upgraded from the previous generation of Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2011-2022. Ours is the 23 limited with v6. Noticed the comfort of the seats, the slightly bigger interior, more quiet on the highway and great performance with the v6. Have had it 8 months, has been rock solid, driven in -40 weather and snow to 100 degrees this summer. Did just fine. The body and shape are great inside and out. We have the midnight blue color. Have been happy with it so far.

This Jeeps amazing
Bought a GC Summit and it’s incredible. Massaging seats, rear window shades, adaptive cruise control. Really enjoying it on road trips. V6 is descent but would have preferred if it was a turbo for slightly more power/torque.

This new Jeep is luxury from top to bottom!
Love the way it handles, has great turning radius. Still getting used to lane assist, and the bigger touch screen.
My very 1st Jeep
I was impressed with a Jeep rental so I bought the GC Limited 4x4. Birds eye view monitor, rear view mirror camera, wireless charger pad, passenger screen, 10.1 center screen and rear seat monitors. Remote start. I just wish it had the heads up display.

Disappointed
2023 Jeep and less than two years, the battery completely died. No warning whatsoever. The tow truck driver couldn't jump start it. No lights, just completely dead. The 2nd tow truck driver was able to pop open a panel to left of your shin in the driver seat. Used a screw driver to do something to get it to back down my driveway. It is currently sitting at the dealer since 8am. It's 2pm now, no call as to what the update is. Doesn't make me feel good. Luckily the car was in my driveway. I can't imagine if I was out of town or the middle of no where. The Jeep reliability is gone.

My Dream Car!
We owned a Jeep a few years ago, but lately had tried other makes and models. When it came time to trade again, I insisted on getting a Jeep again. I love how they drive in the winter months through snow and on ice! They are made well and had available the color of the exterior and the interior that I wanted in stock. I love my new car and will never own anything else other than a Jeep again!

Only get if you really need an off road vehicle.
I had a trailhawk .Not really for me. I’ve had 3 issues since I’ve have for 3 months. The info center went green and shut off. The truck did a weird shift and almost cut off. I had to pull ofd and turn the truck off and turn back on. Now the suspension is rattling like it’s loose. The inside is nice but not anything special. I’d go luxury again, which I did. This is a weekend vehicle. Oh, and the gas mileage is not very good. If you use for short drives it may be ok.
