This SUV is a blast! Sold my '94 Jeep Grand Cherokee after 165K, which only had minor issues. 2004 model has a more comfortable ride than my older one. V8 offers a lot of power off the line or merging into highway trafic. You'll be in the fast lane before you know it. I was shocked the first time I looked down at the speedometer and saw 80, thought I was doing 65. The Special Addition comes with all the bells and wistles of the Limited at a lower price point.

I have owned Jeeps since 1974. I switched from Toyota Land Cruiser. Best thing I ever did. I put 147,000 on my last one. Still going Strong. I did not buy the Jeep to collect Groceries or sit on a freeway parking lot. We use the wifes Toyota Camrey for that. We do a lot of off road in the mountains and camping. This 04 does everything I could expect.I particularly like the Lumbar Support, and the memory features. I will never depart from the Jeep line.

I really like the towing power on the weekends and the sporty feel driving to and from work every day. The size of this SUV makes parking and backing up easier than the bigger trucks. Like my last Jeep, I can tell that when the newness wears off I'll still have a tough and rugged vehical.

This Jeep is awesome for the money. 32,000 with every option you could need or want. Rides perfect. cool look. test drive one, buy one, you won't be disappointed. I love mine. the 4 wheel drive all time is PERFECT for a girl to drive in snow. it puts in the 4 wheel drive when you don't know you need it. too many options to mention. just go see for your self. i have drove many suvs and none are better in the same price range. of course if you want to spend 15000 more, go for a Tahoe

I purchased my vehicle at 30,000 miles as a one owner lease return. I've absolutely loved this vehicle, the interior is very comfortable, the engine has tremendous power (which I love) and it's been the picture of reliability. I have several colleagues who all have jeeps during this bodystyle and most if not all of them have had only limited even standard maintenance. Several have over 130k with no new engines, transmissions, nothing beyond routine maintenance. The four wheel drive (mine is always on) feels amazing, and during cold weather I pity the other White-knuckled drivers on the road.
