Broke down on way home from dealership
Great car when it works. I bought mine from new and within 30 miles of leaving the dealership had warning lights saying the emergency breaking and lane assist were not working. At 50 miles I had significantly reduced power. Got home (60 miles) and warning came up to say ‘loss of drive- stop’. Called Jaguar assist who told me that I’d have to wait 2 days before anyone could come out to inspect - given the car on 70 miles old and having spent £75k, this wasn’t acceptable. After some polite conversation, the two days became one. When mechanic did arrive he discovered 30 faults and car is being collected tomorrow. Massively frustrating and very average customer service so far.

Never buy or rent one of these!!!
Never, ever get one of these! We took out a rental agreement with Pivotal on 4June 2020. We have had nothing but trouble. The wednesday after taking delivery it stopped charging midway. We then went on holiday to Devon on Friday and it wouldn't recharge to come home. AA breakdown came out on Saturday night but could not fix. Jaguar JLR technician couldn't come til Monday morning which was the earliest he could come out, (so children can no longer claim their 100% attendance certificates for school, we both lost a days pay, I had paid £300 for a mock ofsted inspection which was disadvantaged). Anyway he updated some software, it charged. The car was booked to go into garage on Wednesday, and we drove it in. It remains there and I'm due to return to Devon this afternoon but obviously I have no car! The car is with Guy Salmon who has offered a petrol car but we really don't want this. We have been all electric since 2014 and have had 2 nissan leafs and a Hyundai Ioniq - never have we had the trouble we are having with Jaguar. To cap it all the customer jaguar customer relationship centre is closed and phone goes dead! I am so stressed and yet what you consider we are paying this is appalling
Amazing SUV
I've had mine for 6 months now and love everything about it. I have the first edition wit the 22' wheels - those do ride a little harder than I would like but they look very cool. Great acceleration, great audio system, lots of space.

sweet
This is my second EV vehicle. Fit and finish is outstanding. Ride quite. I have 20,000 miles in 2 years of driving and no issues. Excellent in the winter . Average about 3miles per Kw hour. One peddle driving is fine. No mechanical issues nor electrical problems. It is due for two year inspection otherwise not been back to dealership. The two things I would change would be the infotament system. Somewhat awkward and takes considerable time to get use to. I understand this has been improved. The other is the max DC charging is 100 Kw/h. This could be higher, perhaps 150+. This vehicle replaced a BMW i3 which was one also wonderful.
