Got it all
Got the Limited model and has all the safety technology plus luxury options. Bose sound system is a plus. Great ride and quiet on the highway. Sure beats the hell out of my 2020 Rav4. The Rav4 was noisy. Plus a much better warranty.

Great car!
Good - nice acceleration, tight suspension, great safety features (eg. steering assist, breaking assist, parking assist, multiple camera views), voice control, remote start, heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, multi-view screen, hybrid engine, wireless phone charger, huge moon roof, great lights, luxurious interior feel, spacious back seats. Bad - push buttons instead of gear shifter handle, touch-only controls for stereo/AC/navigation (no knobs), my right knee always hits the entertainment system lower left corner while driving, plug-in necessary for Apple Play, actual mileage does not seem to match promoted mileage (4 weeks). Overall - Very pleased with this choice. Fun to drive.

HEV Issue
In addition that I am not happy with fuel mileage, after driving my car for 2 months, 2800 miles, it has the HEV and Engine light ON.... waiting for a solution....

Edmund's is right, its sluggish
I've had my eye on this new Tucson for awhile. It looks gorgeous and does not disappoint in person. The interior is also well made, comfortable, and huge. And the ride is smooth and quiet, extremely refined. But as Edmund's has stated, the 2.5 liter is very slow from a stop. I had to wind it up to 5000 rpm from a stoplight to safely keep up with traffic. This was a deal breaker for me. Very disappointed. Try it for yourself and see if it's enough power but I would save a bit more money and spring for the hybrid.
