My Toyota Rival

Car runs great. Sometimes engine seems to be working too hard
Value and Dependability
I bought this car new for my wife who uses it to commute 80 miles to work every day. Well, after 7 years and 122K miles I can say this car was a bargain. We've performed all the scheduled maintenance and haven't had any problems. Beware the cost to change the plugs, labor was $234, however I've only had to do it twice. Great little car with all the LX amenities. Liked it so much bought a Hyundai XG-350 for myself.
Proud to own one
My wife picked out the car, strictly based on looks (and the fact a Jag is out of our price range). I compared the car to the Camry and the Accord. Based on performance, features and cost the Sonata was the hands down winner. After owning it a while I found it fun to drive, with plenty of power, no matter what the horsepower really is. The airbag recall was a non event. The A/C failed (compressor) and was fixed after a three day wait for parts. No charge, and the dealer went out of their way to make us happy. Makes me real interested in their Santa Fe.
UNDISCOVERED GEM
