Used 2003 Hyundai Sonata Sedan Consumer Reviews
Don't be Afraid to Buy
After a lot of research, I bought a 2003 Sonata. What a great deal and what a great car. I didn't get to many bells and whistles so I got mine for about $15,000. It still includes lots of features other cars consider extras
2002 Hyandai -Sonata
This is a very well built car for the money. This vehicle has a very smooth and comfortable ride and an excellent braking system with a 6 cylinder engine. The average mileage recieved is 28 miles in the city and 33 on the highway. The interior came loaded with all the extras including electric side mirrors and power windows. The rear seats fold down for extra cargo space when needed. The Sonata also comes with an am/fm cd player and 6 surround sound speakers.Have owned this car since March of 2002 and have not experienced any problems.Am happy with my purchase of this car.
Good Value
I would recommend this car based on price, performance and reliability. The 6 cyl engine has sufficient acceleration and the car handles very nicely. Change the timing belt prior to 70k miles (highly recommended). Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
Great car, so far
Bought this car new in late 2003. The only issue has been a failed rear window defroster. Hyundai installed a new rear window and everything has been fine since. I replaced the awful Michelin MXV4 tires with Kumho Solus KH16s which are light years better under all conditions. It still has the factory battery!
SONATA, MORE THAN JUST A HYUNDAI
The new Sonata is a beautiful, well- appointed, and AFFORDABLE car. With all the features of a car that costs thousands more, the Sonata is very appealing. The V6 engine is not the most powerful, but is smooth and adeqaute enough for everyday travel, and the occasional cross-country trip. Final verdict: I love my new car.
