Toxic Car & Company - STAY AWAY

2020 Elantra bought new in April 2020. With 51,00 miles now, the engine has had the camshaft replaced, two timing chains replaced, and the seals. It knocks louder than a a car with 3x the mileage. The oil light has never come on despite burning thru oil at the rate of about 6 qts/5,000 miles; I check when it starts knocking even louder than it does normally, and it's usually down 3+ qts. Dealer service is combative at best--nearly impossible to get a loaner, even when they had my car for SIX WEEKS waiting on parts from S. Korea. Now the driver's door seal has come off and there is a big hole thru the factory floor mat and thru the floor of the car itself! Did I mention is had just over 50k miles?? Hyundai knew about the engine problem from previous model years but chose not to fix it--they don't clean the engine after its been manufactured, so all the metal shavings and burrs left inside the engine are picked up by the oil and circulated throughout, shredding seals and moving parts. If there are any Class Action attorney's reading this, gimme a shout... THIS CAR IS JUNK--THIS COMPANY IS JUNK--STAY AWAY
