Used 2004 Hyundai Elantra Consumer Reviews
Honda quality at Hyundai prices
I purchased the Hyundai after pricing all the cars in this catagory and driving most of them. I thought I would take a chance on the Hyundai because of the 10 year 100000 mile warranty and havent been dissapointed about anything with the car. It drives and handles every bit as well as a Honda or Toyota plus it will outrun either of them and get 38 MPG on the highway. I will buy another one.
my hyundai experiance
handles well, hwy miles i thought would be a little better, comfort is good, plenty ofv foot space
overall a good city car
great car for the price offered at dealerships. has a lot to offer when compared on standard features with other competitors that includes a powerful engine, power door and windows, safety and conveneint features. only problem is that when i go past 75mph, i start hearing noises from my front tyres.....feels like they rub with the wheel base or something...feels quite dangerous at that speed.
average
i have a lot of problems with the stering wheel, shakeing at avarege 65mph. I need to replace twice the front rotors, tape side doors and right side wheel bearing. The air vents make a lot of noise at 75mph and i had to replace left side view mirror and so on. I will never buy a hyundai again.
Plain
I have only had this car three months and already had to replace the fuel pump. two motors in the windows. It run ok. But other than that its just plain boring car That cd players should come with
