Used 2023 Honda Pilot Consumer Reviews
Much improved over the previous generation Pilot
We have had our 2023 Pilot Touring AWD for two weeks now. The ride feels much more solid and quieter than our old 2019 Touring. The panoramic roof is a welcome upgrade as well and is our kids' favorite thing in the SUV. The 10-speed does shift quite often, which was expected, but it does so with little fuss even on multi-gear downshifts so it's barely noticed. The new look is what sealed the deal for us. This thing looks sharp!

Serious Upgrade
I’ve never owned a Honda as we have been loyal Toyota customers for years. After test driving the new Highlander, I couldn’t get on board with the cramped interior and 4 cylinder turbo engine. Enter the 23 Pilot. This thing is beautiful in person, has tons of passenger and cargo room, no shortage of power when needed in the passing lane, and an abundance of features. Not to mention it is so fun to drive. I look forward to my commute each day. To say I’m in love so far is an understatement! I have a lot to learn about the newer technology as my last vehicle, a 2013 Toyota Highlander, didn’t have all of these amenities and creature comforts. UPDATE 03/23/23 My new vehicle with 300 miles on it has a moonroof / windshield leak. Apparently it is quite common amongst this new model. Keep an eye on your headliners if you’ve got one of these. I’m taking it to the dealership to be fixed next week and hoping it doesn’t rain in the meantime.

Smoothest SUV in the segment - by far!
After test driving the Telluride, Palisade, Highlander Etc. I settled on the 2023 Pilot Touring AWD. It is by far the most comfortable, smooth and quiet ride. I also love the infotainment screen as it has no glare because of its matte finish and is the perfect size - not too small or too large and distracting.

Excellent vehicle
No car manufacturer will ever please everyone as you can see in some of the reviews here. This car is simply excellent. Beautiful inside and outside. Comfortable, reliable, good on gas for its size. The price matches other SUVs of its size (sorry, all cars are just expensive nowadays). Vehicles are depreciating assets but this will holds its value longer. If you want piece of mind and comfort, go with Honda Pilot. Do not be misled by some comments and a very small percentage of vehicles with minor defects, which is normal in any manufacturing process. Enjoy the ride!

Pilot Touring
I've had my new Pilot for just over a week and am trying to find something I don't like. It's been a while since I've had a new car and am adjusting to all of the features. I've not owned a vehicle this large and did not expect the steering to be so responsive. Very comfortable to drive and the sight lines are excellent. I've owned many Hondas (CRVs and Accords), so the build quality is something I have experienced before.
