Average
Good Van. Interior noise is higher than my expectation. It should be quieter. Noise level is par as GM Venture/Transport Vans. Steering is great but typical Honda ride, little too harsh for me. Fit and finish is excellent. Same issue with many Odessey owners - transmission clunks into reverse from park when it is cold (winter).
Engine Mounts
I have a 2004 Honda Odyssey with 65K miles and have been thinking of trading it in for a 201 model. But recently I had the front engine mount fail and it cost be about $450. Seems like a manufacturing problem and a common one with Odysseys with 60K+ miles (search internet). So if you are thinking of buying a new or an old one, you may want to look up the repair history of these.

Honda Owner for 18 years--No More
I've owned Honda's for 18 years & have had the worst car experience of my life. Had muffler & transmission replaced already. Exhaust noise still loud. Transmission still seems loud. The service manager said "I will not fix your vehicle." This 2004 Odyessey is a lemon, and the service sucks. Save yourself...go look at Toyotas or something else!!!
No more Oddssey for me
Leased this van on my birthday 2003 for 4 years period of time. The first thing that catch my attention is the fuel efficiency, 17 mpg. The second thing is the sound system, the quality is pathetic. I should get a Chevy Suburban instead.
Lemon
I had been a faithful Honda customer for the past 15 years, but no more. This Odyssey has been nothing but trouble in the 44k miles that we have put on in 5 years. Problems that have had to be fixed so far - radio controls on the steering wheel, rollers on both power sliding doors, all 5 engine mounts, A/C compressor, seat belts. In addition, the original Michelins wore out in 20k miles. I am ready to dump this and get me a Toyota.
