Used 2016 Honda Fit Hatchback Consumer Reviews
Best, most practical subcompact
Everything about this car was designed to maximize practicality. It is roomy, comfortable, and has a nice seating position which all make it feel larger than it is while still being so easy to park in tight spaces. I bought this car because it was supposed to be the most fuel efficient tiny car without a complex and expensive hybrid system and I am not disappointed. I regularly get over 53 miles/gallon and when I speed with the AC on I can still get over 40 without much effort. I don't understand how this car is so efficient when similar vehicles get comparatively abysmal mileage. This is the perfect car for anyone who needs a car they can put a lot of miles on for almost nothing in gas and maintenance, which is why these cars seem to hold their value so well. The only thing I wish it had was Apple CarPlay, which the newer models do have. I will be buying a second fit when I get the chance.

Very nice small car
When buying a small car one of the last things to consider is the "what if" something with larger needs occurs. I am pleased to say nothing has occured. This car has so much more usable room than my Hyundai Elantra I marvel every day. The little car that could. And 43 mog on highway at 70-75. Wonderful car.

2nd of Three Fits owned
I really like the 2019 model. The 2016 is great, but there are nice improvements like adjustable intermittent wiper speed, the seat cover is better quality for keeping stain-free, and there is Honda Sensing to alert on lane drifting and several other safety assists.

Faulty Fuel Injectors
Warning: If you are interested in purchasing a Honda because it is know as a reliable brand, please be aware that some vehicles have faulty fuel Injectors that fail and need to be replaced for $2,000 right after the 3 year warranty expires. This was the case for my 2016 Fit and Honda refused to do the right thing even though it is a common issue and design flaw.

Decent car
The navigation on the touch screen is not as intuitive as you'd think. For making the UI like a mobile app, the menus and where customization or settings should be can be confusing. To select a different bluetooth device for audio, it is not in the audio menu - you have to go to settings> audio> bluetooth devices I believe. Small gripe, but overall after a month I really am enjoying the car.
