Disappointed in the hybrid
I did research and read where people were getting great gas mileage. I was looking forward to that. However this has not happened in my CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid. I can't seem to get over 31.4 mpg. I have a friend who has the regular CR-V and they get 34 mpg. I am also disappointed that I had to buy a spare donut tire and I know if there is a blow out up in the mountains and no cell service, it's not going to go well. The shoulder harness adjusted all the way down still rubs my neck, needs to be able to adjust lower. The driver's power seat does not raise up enough for me. I am 5'6, I shouldn't be having these 2 issues since I did not have them in other cars I've owned. About the only thing I can say positive about is there is good room for legs in the back seat. I wish I could hear a good click when I lock the doors, it's so quiet I have to lean down and try and hear it. I can only hope and pray the doors are locked when I leave it. I like the color, it's silver and I like the black wheels. At a distance, its a nice looking car. Just wished I was happy with it. And I'm not. I have to like my car, and I don't. I'm already car shopping again and I just rolled up 2000 miles. So far no infotainment issues like other. Already have 2 recalls, and I owned it for 2 months. Parts won't be in for another 2 months. One is something to do with the gas line, the other is a steering issue. Nice Honda. Dealer knew about these issues and sold the car anyway.

Honda cut alot of corners
We have an old Honda so we're encouraged to buy another. First week issues make me think longer test ride next time or rent one for a week. Tire Pressure System - really just an idiot light Infotainment system and Android works poorly. Passenger power seat is terrible. No spare tire - was not a concern until second day car show like pressure low for no reason. No garage door opener? Hyundai we traded had better features

2025 is my last Honda (I’ve happily owned 12)
This year Honda went cheap, so you might as well buy a KIA. -1 Turbo fed motor remains questionable, get same mileage as earlier trustworthy non-turbo 4-cylinder. -Wanders on Highway, this way, that. Aligned three times, two by dealer, once by specialist shop. Still does it at 20,000 miles. -Highly lauded entertainment device is a cheap screen linked to your telephone. GOOGLE GPS via internet that goes blank when the internet connection is lost, so carry printed maps because this is a common experience. Also, it just arbitrarily quits, which, to reactivate, requires stopping car to relink your phone. Frankly, I see it as a dangerous device that’s distraction requirements could cause accidents. -No effective downshift for steep hills although it does have a slowing device button that is said to reduce runaway risk. I’ve used it twice. It makes weird cranking sounds. -Headlights are great for driving to Walmart; scary on dark mountain roads, real scary in the rain. -Front seats, fashioned after race car chairs, are exceptionally uncomfortable on long drives. Oddly, they’re narrow with inch-high risers on each seat-side, supposedly to hold you in place during Mach-2 turns but, instead, on highway drives these risers press against your outer thigh and cause pain. - Way too much technology — no glovebox space due to under-dash gimmecktry; have no idea of the packed under-hood realm. Good news? It’s pretty.

Love the 2025 CR-V
Rides like a dream. Nice size. Great mileage. Quiet drive. Love it!
Don't Buy A 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid
Just bought a 2025 CR-V Hybrid Sport L at the very end of this past August (based upon a Car & Driver review). Car literally has just over 2K miles on it and now I'm seeing not 1 but 2 recall notices for the high pressure fuel pump and gearbox issues. NICE!!! The language in the high pressure fuel pump recall notice is particularly irritating "bring it in for a free inspection and, if necessary, replacement of the high-pressure fuel pump if the inspection indicates the presence of a defective part". What, like your local Honda Dealer's Service Dept. has the time, or skill, to thoroughly inspect your fuel pump (while paying customers wait). And btw, who's to say that the part won't fail after they deem it okay, say for example when your 100s of miles away from home. This is a very serious issue that could result in the car catching fire. Also, if the gearbox issue isn't addressed properly based upon the recall the steering could become unmanageable - imagine what that might lead to driving down the interstate at 70+. I'm going to see what I can do about this legally. I have opened a case w/Honda Customer Care to see if they'll buy this POS back. If you're in my situation I'd recommend you do the same! P.S. If you do take your car into to have them "inspect" the fuel pump I'd be inclined to demand that they replace it with a part they know does not have the defect. That said, if you're willing to just live with the inspection and they tell you that your part is okay make sure you get their assessment in writing. These dealerships change service managers and techs like most people change socks.
