To get, or not to get, that is my question
I wanted the EX because it had the safety features I wanted, but it seem Honda dealers are so proud of their vehicles, they don't want to let them go..I knew I couldn't afford a new one, but a 2017 used one with a price tag of 25k , not for me.. The 2019 will be out shortly, and the Honda dealers hold on to them (2017) like gold. Hold on to them because I'm not looking for one anymore
New 2018 Honda CR-V Ex
This is a great car and I got a great deal. The gas mileage, particularly when the Econ is on, is excellent. I can easily go a week and a half without filling up. My only complaint is the acceleration time. Other than that this car was definitely worth buying.

Going for another 285K miles on my CR-V
My last car was a 2008 Honda CR-v which I drove for 285K miles with relatively little non-essential (oil changes, tune ups....) maintenance. So, how could I not buy another CR-v and hope for the same or better. I've only had it for 4 weeks so really too soon to tell re: reliability etc. I will admit the tire pressure sensors seem pretty touchy as I have found myself frequently calibrating TPMS, more than I would expect to. This may be my first reason to visit the dealer service dept. Car is comfy and "loaded" with all the bells and whistles I will ever need. Probably more than I will ever use to be honest, but fun to have....just in case. The only comfort complaint I have is regarding the front driver seat. I like to ride high and typically pump my seats all the way to max height. In this version of the CR-v for some reason the designers made it such that the higher the seat goes, the closer it tracks to the steering wheel and you can not go further back unless you lower the height of seat. This is too bad, if the car wasn't such a reliable car w/ great results in other areas this may have been a make or break situation but I can live w/ the seat this way knowing the car is so darn reliable. The cabin and interior is quite roomy and sufficient for my needs, may be a bit tight for larger folks. I also wish it was a tad bit quieter on the highway, a fair amount of road noise, but again not bad enough to eliminate it as a suitable choice. All in all, Honda reliability wins out again in my purchase of a new car. We now have 2 Honda CR-v's, one is a 2017, the other a new 2018 both w/ same body style. Love them!!!

CR-V Turned Out To Be A Poor Choice For Me
I purchased a new CR-V EXL AWD in Aug 2018. Having owned several new Hondas in the past, and never having any issues with any of them, the CR-V seemed like it would be a good choice. Well,it turns out that it was a poor choice. From the very beginning the issues started. The air conditioning was never even close to adequate, and I don't even live in a state that gets really hot. Various warning lights would regularly appear on the instrument panel for no verifiable reason but that caused considerable anxiety since we never knew if they were real, or just malfunctions in the system. I also found the heater did not function well in cold weather. Then there was the engine oil dilution issue that Honda has admitted, but doesn't seem to have a proven fix for. The CR-V had so many intermittent issues that neither my wife nor I felt that it was trustworthy to drive so we just let it sit in the garage and used our other vehicles instead. After only 17 months, and 4,500 miles we sold it. I am extremely happy that we got rid of the CR-V, and it is highly unlikely that we will even look at another Honda for purchase in the future. Among our other vehicles we have a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL AWD that we purchased before the Honda. We haven't had a single problem with the Rogue. The Rogue and the CR-V are in the same class of vehicle, and for us the Rogue has been a better choice I posted this review in hopes that it may inform others shopping for vehicles in this class.

My least favorite car I’ve owned.
I got this as I was a dedicated Honda driver, and have been for years. I came from accord coupes so I knew there would be a acclimation period. I got the ex in silver. Added led headlights and fogs myself. Speakers are notably bad in ex, and I struggled to enjoy driving due to crap sound system. The infotainment system would go nuts randomly with brightness settings and only fix was to pull over and restart car. The plastics used on speedometer, shifted, and steering wheel are incredibly cheap and scratch even with a microfiber towel cheapening they look massively. The instrument panel was by far the worst. Next I learned about oil issues and sure enough, my dipstick was well over the full line and smelled of gasoline. In winter ( I’m in Minnesota) the car would not warm up. 2 remote start cycles on a January morning and car was still cold. Entire drive to work, car cold. Would warm up on freeway but temp gauge would drop to cold at stoplights. Heated seats were only saving grace. Finally tires needed replacement at 20k miles. Mechanic reported Honda uses crap tires rated for 20-25k miles which sucked. Had to buy all new tires. Then there’s driving the car. The turbo is sluggish and eco mode is useless. It’s boring, uneventful, and slow. Feels very mini van like. I tried to get around these issues because who wants to have buyers remorse? Finally I had enough when I got lawsuit info about oil dilution in the mail. Traded in the crv for the new RAV4. Difference is night and day in terms of quality, the drive, the sound system, and overall aesthetic. If you’re older and like a slower, basic driving experience and live in a warm state, then the crv might still be for you. I’ve never been happier to be rid of something.

Poor City Fuel Economy
We really like our 2018 Honda CR-V. But it is not a perfect car. Fit and finish is very good but we do hear some some faint rattles coming from the dashboard over rough pavement. Otherwise, it's pretty quiet and very comfortable inside. The rear doors feel super cheap. When you close them they feel weak like tin foil. Oddly, the front doors close and sound normal. When you read reviews for the CR-V, you read that this is one of the faster crossovers. This is not a fast car. Acceleration is adequate around town. If you're merging on the highway, you really need to time it and punch it so the turbo kicks in. I do think the engine/transmission is a bit noisy but you get used to it. Visibility isn't that great which seems odd for a boxy car. The windows are on the small side. The pillars seem wide. The tiny rear quarter glass and small rear window do not help either. Also, the seat belt for the rear middle seat comes from the ceiling. That's annoying. Get the EX or EX-L so you get the Blind Spot Monitoring. My biggest complaint is fuel economy. An EX-L with AWD is supposed to get 27/33. On the highway we do get 33 or even 34 mpg. However, in real world city driving we get around 20 mpg. This is stop and go traffic up to about 40 miles per hour. On a bad day it can be 19, on a good day it's 21. I know the estimates are only estimates, but a 7 mpg difference is large especially since this only has a 14 gallon tank. We wish the tank was a few gallons larger to reduce fill ups. So yeah even though this review is mostly complaints, we do like the CR-V. We still liked this better than the Toyota RAV4 (2018) and the Mazda CX-5.

Great car!
Awesome car with great features and runs very smooth...very spacious! Definitely a good value-for-money buy!
worth every penny...
I already have over 9000 miles and four long trips in last 8 months, a real fantastic experience. After 4 Hondas , this is one that I enjoyed the most, comfortable and secure driving experience. Update: nothing change, continue to enjoy driving such a safe and easy to drive car. Thank you Honda ! well, after almost 4!years with 47000 miles , still a happy face with my experience. Just normal maintenance and rest is just trouble free. Again, thank you Honda and continue building higher quality cars.

After owning the Honda Fit and Honda HR-V, this is my third Honda, and the best. The ride quality is beyond my expectations. The stock tires it comes with is sub-par, do yourself a favor and upgrade that to better tires. The stock tires are very noisy. The cabin noise and engine noise is well controlled. The interior space and cargo volume is superb. The handling is excellent. Overall, a winning SUV. Very happy customer!

Decent car that Honda won't stand behind on safety
Went out and bought a 2018 Honda CRV. Several of these cars were recalled due to a steering issue with a torque sensor under Service Bulletin 18-103. They clearly stated in their recall that this was a "safety issue." My car had the same issue but was barely out of the warranty and the good folks at Honda Corporate Customer Service refuse to repair it. This leaves me holding a $2,837.00 repair bill for a car with known recalls. Yup!!!! They really care about the safety of the folks who buy their cars. I could kick myself for jumping brands but now that I know what the value of customer safety is to Honda, I will never buy another one! I wanted to enlighten everyone on how Honda corporate stands behind their vehicles.

The SUV that does it all really well!
The EX level is probably the best choice for bang for the buck. Living in Minnesota I opted for AWD. This vehicle sits tall and feels bigger than it really is, but the handling is still pretty tight and responsive. The fit and finish inside and out is excellent with no undo road noise. There is a bit of a learning curve to mastering the technology, primarily the advanced safety features. The cargo space is incredible and it's very simple to drop the rear seats flat and to return them to upright. If you need or want a SUV that is spacious, comfortable, has the latest safety features along with good mileage the 2018 CR-V should do the trick.

a really nice vehicle
the 1.5 liter 4cylinder turbo is adequate, but will not win any thrill contests. truthfully, this vehicle isn't meant for that! the ride is very solid and secure. the steering is precise. I really like the safety features, particularly the adaptive speed control, and blind spot indicators on the side view mirrors. the entertainment center takes a little getting used to, but when you're up to speed it is quite useful. the sound system is pretty good. the materials inside and out, while not luxurious, definitely feel of a good quality. All in all, this is a great family vehicle that is safe, comfortable, solid on the road, economical, and will take a lot of stuff where ever you want to go. oh, and despite it not being a ferrari, it still is quite fun to drive.

Runaway Joe
Bought my car new love the way it handles and the bright lights at night. I don’t have the oil issue but at 25,000 mile the computer goes crazy. Having it towed to Honda, to have it repaired. Will update later...Turned out it was only the battery. Apparently the tow truck driver says he takes 3 or 4 new CRV with a bad battery to the dealership every week.

Freezing my arse off
I purchased a 2018 CRV in October of 2018. This is my fourth Honda vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with the 1.5 turbo charged engine. I have one complaint and to me it is a big one. The vehicle will not heat up until I drive it for 10 - 15 minutes. If the vehicle is parked with the heat on it will not warm up at all. This is a major inconvenience in the winter. The windows will not defrost at all making for a hazardous driving condition. To add insult, the vehicle came with a remote start. What good is a remote start if the vehicle produces no heat??? The Service Dept. at Honda advises that there is no problem with the vehicle. According to them, there is no heat because the engine was built this way to be more efficient. You would think that after paying over 30k for a vehicle you should have heat. After checking numerous online forums it seems there are hundreds of complaints about lack of heat but Honda does not recognize it as being a problem.
AVOID The Troubles!
I bought a new 2018 CR-V in December 2017 to replace my Cadillac CTS. BIG MISTAKE! The CR-V has been a lot of trouble since I bought it. While it rides and handles pretty well it seems to be an electrical nightmare. The touchscreen has a mind of it's own turning on and off at will, changing radio stations and lighting intensity and many other things it was designed to do at it's discretion. Very annoying to have these things happening. It does this periodically and for differing lengths of time. The dealer refused to accept it in for repair or replacement telling me Honda is aware of this problem and can't provide a fix. They did replace it once but it continued. What am I supposed to do with an electronically controlled car that doesn't respond to my needs or demands? The door locking system is iffy choosing the worst times to refuse to unlock or lock. The auto-drive features also turn on and off without me selecting them too. I HATE THIS POS AND I'M STUCK WITH IT! I'll never buy another Honda product for any price. Sure wish I could get my CTS back! Best feature: AWD and color-Molten Lava Worst feature: Electronics

Bad turbo engine
I had my 2018 CRV for a year and in that time changed the oil five times as it kept becoming contaminated with gasoline and turning black. I traded the car through the dealer for the 2.4 liter LX base model. That engine works as it should. (2022) After trading for the 2018 Honda LX model, the 2.4 normally aspirated engine works as it should, no oil dilution, great mileage and an all around good car.

Didn't do enough research. Too many bells/whistles
To be fair in judging this car, I tend to compare it to my other vehicles: a 1999 Ford F350 diesel dually and a 2001 Porsche 911 Cab. I expected the Honda to at least be as good as my six Honda bikes I owned over many years. While the dealer after sale claimed that poor performance was news to them, the number of similar complaints on line would negate this. Salesman pushed the features and not performance. I should have figured that out. The car is grossly under-powered with what amounts to little more than a motorcycle engine at 1.5L and four measly cylinders. Obviously, Honda knew this and added the turbocharger as an after thought, still trying to meet CAFE numbers for MPG. (True, on long road trips I get about 32MPG on regular gas). On top of this, my insurance bill doubled, the insurance carrier, USAA, claims that it was very expensive to repair. How can a Honda CRV be more costly to insure than a Porsche or F350 than a 911??? Last week it would not even gasp and battery was DOA. Dealer took it for 24 hours and kindly replaced the battery, which is obviously too small and low powered considering all the junk under the hood that lets power trickle down even when car is not running. Dealer recommended that I run the car an hour every day to prevent this problem. Over all, not what I expected even though I have two friends who love their CRV. I feel cheated and discouraged about spending $35K on this car. ---------------------------- Added at 5,000 miles of varied use with some 100 mile drives and some local. The Edmonds comment that called the cargo space "cavernous" must have been smoking something. Even with rear seats down, (which don't lie flat), there is precious little room for the gear I usually carry. Add to this the fact that many of the desirable "features" shown as Optional in the manual were not included in the"trim package" I got. Things I did not want or need (Heated steering wheel in Florida?) were useless. Not included for some reason was a automatic dimming rear view mirror, foot controlled rear hatch, etc. The "trim Package" is intended to rip the buyer off or make him buy stuff he doesn't want. The "collision avoiding" system is dangerous, really dangerous, because it cuts forward speed drastically without letting cars behind know. Sooner or later, this will result in a rear end collision. In concept it sounds fine and the government agencies sucked it up, requiring it in new cars. This automatic feature is like the doors not unlocking when the driver door is unlocked and the old audio alert that said "the door is ajar." Another useless option I did not want. {As of this date, 2 Aug 2020, there have been two occasions where a car tailgating me skidded and veered after my speed was cut by the nit wit "collision avoidance system killing forward speed suddenly.} I would not recommend or buy this car again.

If ur looking for a good economical, reliable car.
Bought it new Nov 2018. Now have 18.5k miles. 99% of miles is city, stop & go. Averages 27mpg. Freeway got 38-39 mpg regular gas. Been a great car so far. No problems. Has the 1.5 Turbo but no oil dilution yet. I still check the motor oil once a week & change oil every 3k. Love the safety suite especially backing out in parking lots with 2 big pick ups on either side. Very comfortable seats. Loads of standard extras. Good cargo. Can actually put 8 foot 2x4's in at an angle & close the hatch. EZ to park & manuver. Comfortable, good economy, spacious, spunky performance, reasonable price. Only complaint is the brake hold system at a stop lite. Wish it would disengage when u accelerate from a lite rather than having to push the button to release brake. Wish this model also came with a CD player. Great car & best value in its class. Best car I have ever owned except my '61 Corvette fuelie which was a love affair & not very practical. This Honda is VERY practical. If u shop for a used Honda crv 2017-2020 with the 1.5 turbo then insist on seeing its service history looking for issues with oil dilution on that motor. Most are ok but people sell for reasons. City driving is hardest on any car but my Honda has done well so far so I have to give it a thumbs up. I traded my 2014 RAV4 for it which I also bought new w/only 8k miles. I like the Honda much better. My only other complaint is when it is 90 outside & u first start the car & turn on the a/c it blows hot air for a minute or two so then works good. I just remembered another complaint. When backing out the sensor doesn't always react to small kids or pedestrians crossing in your rear but good with traffic. Still a very good car. Oh year 1 other thing my battery went kaput after 2.5 yrs but Honda replaced it for free, no hassle. Maybe the fault of my short trips. Now has 26k miles on it. A/C works now, has a slow leak & costs $600+ to recharge it. Had the cvt oil changed. Other than that been a reliable car with no major costly issues. So far so good.

Reasonably attractive Good value
The vehicle needs a boost in power. It seems to me that power/mpg were targeted to enhance the CAFE. The power plant is adequate, but an increase in engine size seems appropriate. It is a well appointed vehicle, but info systems in general are an overkill. Too digital for my taste.

A Non luxury car with all the luxury accessories
After owning a luxury car we were not sure if this CRV EXL would measure up for my 6 ft 1 “ husband who likes comfort and ease in driving. We were pleasantly surprised because this 2018 model does have comfort along with every imaginable safety device! One item missing, is the driver’s seat does not automatically adjust when you enter and leave, so my husband misses that item on this car, but he can enter and exit ok. Also, can’t complain about the great MPG versus our last car! Highly recommend this car!

More fun than a Honda
This is not the Honda of old the outside is stylish and looks as nice as any in this class. Interior roomy and comfortable with plenty of storage. the turbo adds pick up and milage but this is not a rocket but suitable for entry to a highway. The weakness may be in the interconnect with the phone which now seems difficult the car is new but I have set up many phone interconnects and this ones tough.

Don't drive at night!
The battery on this car is the size of a small motorcycle battery. My wife was stranded with no assistance from the helpful Honda man When I got them to reluctantly tow it Sierra Honda was not helpful at all. When I spoke to Pablo two days later he said it was brought in with a dead battery which is not true. When it was picked up by the tow truck all of the lights were on and the dash was flashing brake failure. Great. I have photos available for a lawyer in case of more issues Have yet to be contacted by the manager even though I left a message at the request of Sierra Honda.

AFTER A YEAR, I WISH THERE WERE TEN STARS!
This is my followup review of the 2018, Honda CR-V, Touring model that I bought in February last year. I can't say enough positive things about my choice. I am just as pleased with my decision today as I was the day I bought it. I feel that I should make a correction to my original evaluation. I mentioned my "ex-wife husband." It should have been "ex-husband." (Don't you hate spellcheck?!) Anyway, this shiny, red CR-V has given me nothing but great service, good gas mileage, and comfort since my original evaluation. As I was trying to compare it to the other sports car, it was love at first sight with it. I had researched the Toyota RAV and the Subaru, as well. All great reviews and the features that were important to me. I drove my friends' RAV, and it is what convinced me I wanted one of the three. When I sat in and drove the CR-V, the choice was made! Since we all have to have something to say, short of perfection, I would re-design one thing. The knob that controls the temperature for the comfort control of the driver's side is very close to the volume control of the audio system. Of course, there is another audio system control on the steering wheel. So, that is not a problem once I learned how to find it. The '18 model is taller than previous models, and shorter folks might complain about that. I am 5'5", but I have leg and back problems. My solution was to add what I call "running boards." On good days, I don't need them. They do come in handy for shorter folks and children. Beware of buying a bright, shiny color! Be ready to buy some covers for the side mirrors. The birds do, too! Everyone is amazed at the room inside. Mine has been packed with more than I ever thought it would hold. Comfort and room in the back seats! I have read that some people do not like the initial speed of the turbo engine, but I have no problem with mine at any speed. I like the warning signals, but I am glad that so far my driving doesn't require them to activate. The lights on the side mirrors that tell you another car is near is a handy feature. You can turn any of the features off, if they bother you, of course. When mine had its first "big" servicing, everything was perfect except it was out of line. I expected that, because of the conditions of the roads in this general area and the construction of the road I travel to get in and out of where I live. In spite of the low mileage, it has been on a pretty long trip and on some rough side roads. So, it did not surprise me when that was something that had to be corrected. In case someone is considering the CR-V as a rough-n-tough, off-road family car, I would discourage it. The owner's manual tells you that it not meant for off-road driving. I experienced that when a car stopped in front of me in the pouring rain and I had to stop. It was my fault that I hydroplaned, I guess (the car in my lane had come to a full stop!). The CR-V handled perfectly, stopped immediately, but I ended up sideways on gravel. When it was clear to re-enter the road, the CR-V reluctantly did so; but, it let me know it didn't like it! (The words from the manual were true!) For a family fun car that is going places other than city and on highway driving, the RAV is a better choice. The CR-V continues to make the top 10 of the best cars in all kinds of categories. The most recent list I saw was the most economical to own. I think you can tell I am still sold on Honda's CR-V!

GREAT VALUE
Shop around for the best price. We checked prices with seven dealers and found one with superior pricing and superior customer service. Of course we went with them. Still love the car but being over 6 ft. tall and 235 lbs the seats could be a little more comfortable for road trips. (Front passenger seat very uncomfortable and hard to adjust.) Car runs great but seats are very uncomfortable and not easy to adjust.

Very bad experience with this car.
I bought a new 2018 CR-V on last February of 2018 . Brand new car. I have gone to the dealer three time with some climate control issues. I went to the south motor Honda in Miami where they said it can be fixed but they do not have car to borrow me. For sure but FOR SURE that this is the last Honda CRV that I buy. Thanks

No headroom for driver
Check out the headroom in the front seat before getting serious about this vehicle. I had less that a inch of headroom with the seat in the lowest position. I leaned forward like a sudden stop and my head hit holding the top of my head in place, which would snap my neck if anything like that happened while driving or being a passenger in the front seat. The issue is the sunroof extends too far down. If I could drive from the back seat, the car would be great. Let's see if Honda gets it right in another 4 years.

Terrible Hands free phone
The only issue I have with our CRV is the horrible road noise through the blue tooth hands free phone. This is a total deal breaker for me. I will not buy another one in the future. I need my phone and the hands free is important, but when people can't hear me due to the terrible noise, this vehicle is no use to me. Same issue as before with the hands free noise. My wife is using now because she doesn't use the hands free phone. Worse yet, Honda acted like they didn't care. 'Bring it in, we'll check it. They all do it". On line a lot of people are complaining about it and they can't or won't fix it. Honda doesn't care. They got our money.

After shopping around and driving Toyota Rav 4, Avalon, Highlander, Subaru Legacy, Forester, Outback and Honda Accord, bought the CR-V. Would have bought another Toyota Avalon, since we have had 5 Avalons in the past, but the 2019 just didn't fit us. Headrest in the Avalon is tilted forward and the front grill to radical. Great Car
The Honda CRV EX-L went way above my expectations. I reviewed many cars and test drove the Toyota RAV4 as well as the Nissan Rouge. There is no comparison. The 2018 Honda is a solid well built vehicle. I've owned numerous cars and the technology and ease of the use of Honda Link is simple. Great Job by Honda

Motorcycle engine in an SUV
Think about the engine size 1.5 L or 1500 cc., slightly less than the displacement of a Harley Davidson. It’s turbocharged to up the hp but a mighty small engine to propel an SUV. Long term, I suspect these won’t hold up like most Honda products. Wish Honda offered their 2.4 L in the Ex and Ex L trim levels. I would have bought a new 2018 to replace my 2015 CRV if they did. Instead I went with a Subaru Forester.

EXCELLENT...but-
I love my new suv; but I wear my hair in a ponytail a lot and the top headrest which is slanted downward kind of pushes on my head (I'm 5'3 so maybe cause I'm short?). I took off the top part but it took away the aesthetics of the design, so I put it back on. The other thing I wish it had, was the ability to move the entire back seat forward so there was more room in the trunk portion without having to flatten the back seats out. I also have sirius radio and it completely froze on a channel, I contacted sirius and they tried numerous times to send a new signal. Finally out of desperation I contacted the dealer and was told if that happens to reset the radio by holding down the on & off button 15 seconds and it reset itself. It worked like a charm. I wish they would have put a light where you shift into park or drive, it would make it easier to see you're in the correct gear.

Pretty Awesome
This is my seventh Honda and it's the best so far. My 2006 CR-V is still running and it has 185,000 trouble-free miles on it. What's sold me on the 2018 car was the suite of safety features, although I had to bump up to an EX model to get them included. The only safety feature missing is front and rear radar for parking. The exterior is gorgeous diamond pearl white and the interior is the tasteful beige cloth. The 10-way power driver seat makes driving comfortable. The radio sounds good and works well with Apple Car Play and Android Auto, but I wish Honda would have provided twin USB data ports amd twin charging ports. One small gripe is that my knees rest against a hard plastic while I am driving long distances. I attached some small pieces of foam weather stripping to the areas that contact my knees and now the driving experience is more tolerable. The car rides and handles smoothly and quietly, like an expensive luxury SUV. My road bike fits inside with the seats down without having to take off the front wheel. The car is easy to get into and out of and the driving position and all around visibility is superb. Over the first 28,000 miles, I am averaging an astounding 34 miles per gallon in economy mode. After owning the car for 2 years, I am highly satisfied overall. There are just some small gripes. The steering wheel should extend and drop further. The USB ports in front are hard to see and reach. Sometimes the auto braking is too sensitive and misinterprets cars in other lanes slowing down. OEM tires are wearing well, but some owners report that they only last 25-30k miles. The car has some get up and go due to the 190 hp generated by the economical turbo engine that requires regular fuel. Only the Toyota RAV4 hybrid and Nissan Rogue hybrid can match the CR-V's MPG numbers, but at greater cost. Honda is late to the EV dance. As soon as Hyundai, Kia, VW or some other manufacturer offers an affordable BEV SUV with at least 200 miles of range, I will sell my CR-V. Looks like Ford's Mach-e and VW's ID.4 are getting close to satisfying my need. GET WITH IT, HONDA!

Comfort and safety outweigh performance
This car only has a 14 gallon gas tank. That means realistically you can only go 300 miles between fill-ups. Our Subaru went over 400 miles between fill-ups with 18 gallon tank.

Never experienced such a horrible NEW car
One week after I bought this car, The AC did not work. I have taken it in for 6 visits to the dealer. They do not care. I spent so much money on this NEW car! I was really disappointed as I had researched it in Edmunds. The “best in class” review was SO wrong!
