A Great Car - Horrible Comfort
I will never buy another CRV again unless Honda decides to fix the interior car seat design. After owning the car for 6 months I now have a permanent shoulder and neck injury from driving this vehicle. The headrest is so far forward that it causes curvature right at the base of the neck into the mid spine area. As a result of being constantly curved you begin to develop next train with creates muscle tightness in the neck which is now resulted in tingling and numbness in two my hands. I tried turning the headrest around and felt infinitely more comfortable but it's not safe because there's no support in case of an accident. An additional problem is the bottom part of the seats themselves even at 5 to the seats are too short. As a result you don't get any support behind your legs. And this creates neck and back strain as well as you are required to support your own legs throughout the drive with just your bottom on the seat. I drive a car to drive and go places and this car has been miserable. Another reason not to ever buy this car again is the road noise. You can barely talk on your cell phone in this car when you're on the highway because the road and wind noise is so loud. You cannot listen to music comfortably in this car because you have to blast it so loud in order to be able to hear the music over the wind and road noise. When I bought this car I was thinking great gas mileage reliability and safety. But I didn't think about Comfort because I assumed a car company like Honda as reputable as they are would have created seats that would have been comfortable.

28.3 MPG
My wife and I bought this car and have put 2000 miles on it in one month, we love it so far. It is comfortable, and runs very nice. Our speed was around 75 mph most of the time, we averaged 28.3 MPG. We have noticed it has a blind spot on the drivers side. I would like to thank Jay Wolf Honda for selling us this car. UPDATE: We have had the CRV now for two years, and love it. It is getting 32.6 MPG, have had no issues with it. The car has over 20,000 miles on it.

Goldilocks SUV "Just Right"
I am very tall, as are the rest of my family. The CRV has exceptional interior space, plenty of head room and elbow room. Windows in the front provide excellent visibility. Visibility to the sides and rear are limited due to the small windows. I don't like Honda's change to the new "squashed" version of its SUV line (Pilot, CRV, HRV). However, the "Lane Watch" and rear view cameras do seem to adequately compensate for the limited visibility out the side and rear windows. Personally I would prefer bigger windows. That being said, I do love my new car. I was originally going to purchase the LX base model, but the interior felt really light and fragile. The upholstery looked like it would stain and tear easily. I went with the EXL which is perfect. The car handles well, and gas mileage is good. I previously owned a Fit, which I absolutely loved, but I needed AWD for snow and mountain roads. I then bought a Pilot, which I also loved, but it was way too big for my needs, cumbersome to maneuver, and expensive for maintenance. The CRV is "just right" halfway between the two.

Voice recognition and Navigation are TERRIBLE
The Voice recognition and Navigation 0n 2116 Honda CRV is TERRIBLE. Its hard to use and wont work the rest of the time. Even the service department and sales department cant figure it out . Service Dept. told me to have Sales Dept figure it out, Sales Dept told me to have Service fix it. This is the only Honda I have ever bought that I have regretted buying.
