Torture Chamber
This is the tenth Honda we've owned, so you know we WERE loyal! Traded in a 2007 CR-V that we loved. Our 2015 CR-V was the most uncomfortable car we've ever owned or ridden in. Couldn't stand to be in it for a trip longer than 45 minutes. The seats were awful, and the front passenger legroom was terribly restricted compared to our 2007. It was so uncomfortable that we traded it in after nine months on a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. We love the Escape! It's better in every way than the Honda: comfort, power, quiet, handling, technology. We haven't missed anything about our Honda once since the day we drove away from it.

Honda knowingly sells lemons
Do not buy the Honda CR-V Honda knows there is a serious problem with vibration, shaking and poor gas mileage. This car will make you sick driving it. It shakes like a 20 year old car and the gas mileage is at least a third less than advertised. You will get no satisfaction from Honda concerning the shaking as they claim this is characteristic of the vehicle. The sleazy dealer Metro Honda in Johnston RI sold us this vehicle with full knowledge of the defect in it. This is by far the worst vehicle I have ever purchased. Don't make a huge mistake by purchasing this car. This car still disappoints two years after purchase. It runs like crap and is a total junk.

Headrest problems
The headrest forces your head too far forward causing neck pain. The instructions indicate to set the headrest so the back of your head is aligned to the middle of the headrest. the headrest doesn't extend high enough to meet that requirement. I am 6' tall. Honda USA refuses to acknowledge that a problem exists or that anyone else has complained (contact# N12015-04-210-0282). I would nor buy this vehicle if you are 6' or taller.
Very happy
Still love it, at 50k mikes purchased tires and replaced rear brake pads. That is it, all normal expected maintenance. Still love it, great vehicle. Purchased it new. The gas mileage is fantastic. Around town always at least 29mpg, a trip from Aiken to Charleston , total trip on state highways got 38.7mpg on entire trip. Trips on interstate highways at 70+mph we get about 32.5 MPG. Vibration at stop lights, yes. The vibration is not unbearable and considering the price of the vehicle and outstanding MPG very tolerable. I tow a 15' aluminum utility boat and the CRV does fine. Maintenance, no issues here. Since buying the car new, nothing other than oil changes. Again considering the reasonable price, the CRV is very comfortable for short or long trips. Easy to get in and out. Rear seats easy to fold and the vehicle will hold a lot.

Transmission issue at 1000 miles!!!
I am already having an issue with my transmission and I haven't even gotten my permanent plates yet! Getting it looked at tomorrow but I am seriously upset! And it's supposed to be top of the line! I have the touring. When I go down hill it make a crazy winding noise and when I hit the gas it jumps like it's gears are getting stuck. I'm pretty sure I have a lemon. And I was hoping to have this car for the next 10 years. So much for that.
