After seven and a half years and nearly 90,000 miles, my initial review remains unchanged. This has certainly been the right car. My 17 year old son is now the proud owner and daily driver. While I'd say nothing about it is perfect, virtually everything is Still good to great. Truly exemplifies the whole being greater than the sum of the parts. The best features are the outstanding economy (best mileage to date was a pure highway trip that averaged over 52 mpg by driving a little under the 70 mph speed limit) with surprising performance when you need/want it. In addition, Only repair issues to date have been A/C -related and occurred well beyond the warranty expiration. Honda stepped up and reimbursed the first issue which was a condenser failure. I’m waiting to see if they will reimburse me for the last issue. Great car, great company so far.

The stock tires and headlights are garbage ! But the rest of the car is amazing I'm 6' 3" and this car has tons of space. It's crash test rating is through the roof, its 0-60 is ~6.2 seconds which is faster than most cars. It's passing ability is awesome with the turbo ! Really fun and peppy car to drive. I test drove the impreza, mazda 3 , and golf , and this car was definitely the most bang for your buck. the only quells are again the stock all - seasons are terrible in the snow, and the headlights aren't very bright. but the daytime running LED's are really pretty. I've gotten so many compliments on the look of this car. If you get this car get the sport package the exhaust sounds awesome at high rpms but still keeps quiet at low speeds and not to mention those 18" wheels are so sexy. I still oogle my car from my window 7 months in. I love this car.

Economical

If you are looking for an economical vehicle to purchase, fuel up and maintain- look no further. The Sport Hatchback may be "basic" in terms of what you get with creature comforts- but it offers enough driving satisfaction to overcome what it lacks. It's not an Audi, BMW or Mercedes Coupe, but it also can be purchased "out the door" for slightly less than sticker MSRP and with Honda reliability and fuel economy if you are bargain minded you can't really go wrong with the Civic Sport Hatchback. I've had the car 3 weeks and almost 1,000 miles- no issues.

Fix Display & Tires and you have a winner!!!

I just loved this car when I seen it. I had been looking for 3 months and test drove just about everything. I commute so I had to have a car that was good in gas mileage. The only downfalls I have had is that the Phone on the Display has had issues since day 1. When attempting to make a call, it will freeze, screen goes black and you cannot get back out of it until the car is turned off or I have had to take it dealer for them to battery reset. No software updates yet and I bought mine in Dec. 2016, so I have had it 7 months and been to the dealers 4 times now. The other issue I am having is having to put air in the tires every month since I have bought it. Especially the back tires, one time it will be the rear drivers side and the next will be the rear passenger side. Dealer said yesterday that they found a nail in rear drivers side, gonna cost me 200.00 to replace but couldn't find anything wrong with the passenger tire and could not give me any explanation on why I would have to put air in it. Other than that for the price and mileage, I got what I paid for since everything is basic in it, no extras, not even an option..

I changed my 2011 Audi A4 for this car. It is absolutely awesome to drive it. The acceleration is very responsive, very little turbo Lag. Nothing compared to my previous A4, which had a huge turbo lag. This car drives 3 times better than my previous Audi, really. The interior is very nice, very good design. There are a few stock things that really suck on the Hatch Sport 2017. The headlights are very average. The sound could be A LOT better. The Bluetooth system is not great, but these are all things that can be upgraded/modified. The mods on this care are super reasonable, price wise. This car is super easy to modify, you can do it yourself, like I did. I do get a lot on complements on this car. Very happy for my purchase, I could not be happier. The stock 18"s are very cool, I love them. They do make the ride a bit hard, but it is also part of the suspension, which is very sporty.
