Used 2013 Honda Accord Sedan Consumer Reviews
Switched from BMW to Honda Accord
My lease was up on my 2010 BMW 328i x-drive (AWD) and I decided to get off the lease treadmill and buy...in this case a 2013 Accord EX-L with navigation. Overall, I am very happy with the switch. This is the first Honda I've owned. Build quality is excellent, road noise is probably less than my BMW.
Best Honda I've ever owned
What a great car. Traded my 09 Accord Coupe EX-L V6 for this car. Opted for the 4 cylinder CVT, and I'm not missing any power. It's super quiet and comfortable. Feels like I'm driving a much higher-end car. Didn't get the NAV, 2k more for it and salesperson advised because she said eventually AHA is going to offer it. And I have an iphone so what's the point. Gave me a $3500 off bc I traded in a honda for a honda, same dealership too. Didn't like the previous sedan model appearance at all, so I thought I would have to get the coupe, but I love the sportiness of the sedan. Great product and great company
Accord Sport the only way to go!!!
Purchased the Sport back in May and have not looked back or regretted the decision. Come from a Ford Family and just had enough of Big Blue. I did test drive the Fusion as well as the Nissan Altima and for the money and the overall package, it was a no-brainer. Plus, it didn't hurt knowing the owners of my local Honda dealer. All the ratings above, basically describe the car. Wasn't sure if I was going to like the CVT but I don't have any complaints. Very smooth and precise and handles very well. Very happy with the purchase and the move to Honda.
Great ride, needs more standard options
This is my 2nd Honda, but first Accord, I had an 02 CRV that I loved but needed an upgrade and better mpg. I feel in love with the Accord exterior and really like the pick up that it has for a 4 cylinder. I decided to stay with the Honda brand as I had over 220K miles on mine and the only maintenance that I did was tune ups and standard oil changes, brakes, etc. I may be spent 2K on mechanical issues over the 10 years that I owned it. I love how the controls are easily, much better than in my 02 crv, I kept having to reach way forward to change radio stations. I was a little disappointed with the features that we not on the passenger side with the seat.
Nice
I traded in my 2011 Accord SE on this guy. Overall definitely an upgrade. Styling is similar, but refined all around, and more handsome. Structure and doors feel more solid, no doubt because they are - Honda upgraded the structural architectural and steel strengths used. Car is quieter overall. I did prefer the driving experience of my previous automatic Accord's transmission, but this CVT does improve mileage significantly, better than the manual! I am averaging a little over 30mpg in predominantly highway, but mixed driving, and the highway is done at 75mph. The CVT keeps the RPMs down under light load - around town I don't even cross 1500RPM under casual conditions.
