Best car I’ve ever owned
Best body design of any 4-door sedan, very comfortable, roomy, reliable, large trunk, good performance, and built to last.

Greatest Sedan ever no matter the year
This is the greatest car I've ever owned and I plan to run it till it drops. With regularly scheduled maintenance if lasts longer than 500,000 miles and beyond that is great for me. No plans to sell or trade this piece of beauty

Traded for CR-V - Miss the Mileage
From my original review, "Absolute Delight To Drive", we have traded the Accord in for a CR-V and both of us hated to "see the Accord go" but at my age - over 85 - getting in and out of the Accord was more difficult. Despite that the Accord was so much fun to drive with a feel somewhere between sportscar and family sedan. The Honda Accord is certainly one we'd recommend - particularly for trouble free driving. (Original Review) The Accord is our "short" drive care (although we have taken a 4,000+ trip in it) and it's a "fun" car to drive - for my wife and for me. Every essential driving component is very responsive - brakes, steering, cornering, displays, heating and cooling - and the ride is relatively comfortable. Our latest stats for Trip A show an average mpg of 33.7 in a mix of driving in town, on the Interstate at 80 mph, on slick highways and on a few gravel roads so we are quite pleased with the mileage. Down side for me is entry and exit from the driver's seat. I have big feet and during entry and exit have to drag my foot across the bottom of the door - which wears out a portion of the rubber door seal. The car also likes batteries and I find myself replacing the battery every two years - each time with a heavier duty battery so hopefully I've solved that problem. At 47,000 miles I'm going to need to replace the tires before winter arrives. Compared to other vehicles we've had, and one we're still driving, that's a lot of miles on original tires.

Love Honda's
You can't beat the looks, reliability, ride and handling, and re-sell value of these cars. This coupe is very sharp and has sporty handling with excellent ride on the highways. I consistently get over 30 miles mpg, and average around 33.
