When they said they were going to change the Accord, I was skeptical. I skipped the body style change in '98 and ran up 180K miles on my '95. After test driving the '03, I was sold. It's the best car out there for the money.

I looked at Camry, Altima, Avalon, Passat and new Honda. Sat in 2003 Honda and loved the new design. After I test drove, I knew it was the car. FUN to Drive. Quick and felt silky smooth. The interior feels like a luxury car. Can't say enough how nice it is. I agree Honda could have added heated windows and a cassette player ($200+ option). Some of us still have old tapes.

I have enjoyed driving my accord very much. I prefer the operation/comfort level of the typical "US VERSION" of the tilt wheel option. I was surprised that I needed rear disc brakes replaced with a bit over 19,000 miles!! Overall..............a great car!

This car was the first Honda for me. The negative first - styling is not exactly earth shattering. Very ordinary, very yesterday. The positives - power is amazing, the ride is very good. Turning radius is also good and both road and engine noise is down almost to Camry levels. Interior space appears to be cramped. Controls are as good as the Camry, options and features are slightly better though. For example, LX V6 comes with Traction control, side air bags and 5 speed automatic. ABS and anti- theft are standard in all Accords. Overall very happy with the Accord purchase, would rate it as high as the very impressive Camry!

Traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD w/V8 for a car. I haven't had a car in years and this was the best decision I've made. This car has quirky good looks, excellent peformance, top notch interior materials and layout and the proven reliability of a Honda. So far so, good after a few months and 4,000 miles. Car is quick enough off the line and super smooth and nimble on the highway. a fun car to drive and not a burden on the gas budget. There is a slight delay in gear change from reverse to drive that takes a little getting used to.

When I first encountered a Honda vehicle I was not aware of the reputation for reliability. I was purchasing a stylish and affordable vehicle. After having the vehicle for over four years, I was convinced there was no other vehicle for me. I went and selected a new Honda. This newer model has features my 92 model did not have. I really appreciate the larger cabin and the soundness of the structure. The car is built better than my in-laws vehicle and I will mention they also bought a foreign made vehicle. I would not buy anything except a Honda vehicle.

Got this car to replace wife's 92 Taurus LX w/160k miles on it. She, being smaller, loves the interior. I find the console too close to my right leg when driving. mpressions are good with quite, smooth acceleration catches you offguard when you're doing 85 when you thought you were at 55. Tires thump a little on rough roads but the ride is very enjoyable. Handling is great but the tires start to squeal when the turns get tight. I rate the interior material, fit and finish to be excellent. The instrumentation layout is excellent but I think just three simple knobs could better replace the long lineup of buttons for the vent controls. Overall - a keeper!

The car makes a statement. It was compared to a 9 series BMW. Of courser the BMW has a lot more gadgets, but overall the person who own the BMW said that my accord was very similar to his car. I purchased the Black accord. My complaint is that the paint seems to have developed swirls in it. I have also been having problems with the brakes but I understand that this is the first model in the style.

We purchased this car with 23K on it as a certified used Honda. I would never return to the dealership that sold it to us, but have completely loved the car. Avg. 22 MPG city, LOVE the NAV system. The V6 is responsive yet efficient. I would love to see auto headlights, memory seats, and better tires (I replaced the factory tires with some Dunlops that have really improved handling/road noise). The brakes needed new pads at 46K on all four tires...don't know if normal or not.

I had been eyeing the Accord Coupe for 3 years before I bought one. I loved the old body style but the new one just defines my personality, simple stylish elegance with a touch of "out of the ordinary." Every make and model of new cars has their "lemons" which is how I explain bad reviews of this car. That is the only way I can justify it to myself. I will stick up for the Accord to the grave! I built up this car in my head for years before I bought one and it has yet to disappoint me. Mine has no rattles, handles like a dream and in my opinion is one of the best looking cars on the road.

After my experience with my 1992 Honda Accord I knew my replacement had to be a new Accord. I have a 2003 Accord EX V6 coupe. It is fun to drive, I have gotten many positive comments from strangers at gas stations about the design of the car. The car is fun, it feels safe, reliable, it's a Honda. Average 28mpg average driving, as high as 31mpg all highway driving.

6 disc CD player very attractive, nice interior design/layout, love steering wheel audio controls, very quite engine (almost too quite), heated seats are very nice in a state with crappy winters, love headlights and front end, the rear end looks strange but a new 2007 update is on the way. Roomy interior. Some whine about the moonroof buttons awkward location but put it this way: the driver doesn't have to move their left arm much at all. Only problem areas were CD player jammed at 44000 and the transmission slipped and refused to go more than 30 mph at 38000, but that was a new transmission design, and all the above was covered by honda, with free loner car

No problems in 75000 miles. Incredibly dependable and fuel efficient. I replaced the brakes at 70000 miles but had no other issues. We drove from Atlanta to Jacksonville, Florida several times and averaged 30 MPG at 70 MPH. I'm only selling it because we bought an RV and a Chevy Van to pull it and no longer need the Honda. We'll be sorry to see it go.

I am a student and the main reason I got this car is because I dont have the time to run to the garage (with a domestic) everytime there is a problem. I know Honda has a long standing history of reliability and so this was the best choice. I love the V6 and the 5 speed A/T, makes driving around a truly gratifying experience. If you want a mid-size sedan look no further.

I LOVE THIS VEHICULE, but put more features to it and you will see the improvement on the sales. For a better Accord: Standard Fog Lights Day Lights, Standard V6 or more HP and TQ on the 4 Cyl; Make a V Spec engine if is not patented by Nissan, Entry System with Auto StartA Better Warranty....3yrs or 36,000 miles is not good enough for the quality of this car...Remember if you are sure of the Quality of this vehicule you should make a better Warranty on it.

Love the way the engine revs with that 6 speed. Plenty of gears, plenty of rpm. Need the tach since the engine is so smooth and quiet. Power is better than expected, could be better. Takes regular gas. Rides real smooth at all speeds. Since I got this car, I don't wonder about BMW 3 series anymore. About the same performance and I know the realibility is much better. Saw the speedo at 120, it had plenty of room to go. Loooove the sat-nav system. I burn my own CDs for the 6 CD changer, and keep a stack of 50 below. After 26000 miles, hasn't needed anything other than oil changes. Nothing mechanical has even hinted.

Bought my used accord in '07 w/ 58,000. This car looks nice, rides nice, but w a 13.5 gal tank my trip is only reading 320 miles til empty. What's that about 25mpg- (city/highway) I am little disappointed in the gas mileage, I got better in my 97' Saturn (28mpg). but over all I would buy another Honda because it's been two years and no problems, nada!!!

This is my first Honda and I like it. After 5 years of drive, there still is no noise from inside. Way better quality than my previous Toyota Corolla. And with only a 2.4 L engine, this car accelerates so fast that I felt like in a sport car. And I got 25 GPS minimum when I drove in the city, way better than my previous Nissan Altima. My car only needs to replace engine oil every 10,000 miles. Save money. I never have any problem with my car, except may be one or two recall services by Honda. I love the car and passed this 2003 model to my daughter. I just bought a new 2008 Accord EX for myself.

Test drove the Nissan Altima 4 cyl. -- stylish on the outside, mediocre engine performance, and the interior of a GM product. Came real close to buying the Camry XLE -- a magnificent ride, elegant interior, and flawless tranny, but no road feel, no panache. The Accord EX-L with the new rear deck spoiler is a real head-turner. The leatherized cabin is elegant, sporty and rich -- belying it's moderate price tag; 160 hp 4 banger is more than adequate muscle. Revamped suspension and handling blows the '98-'02 Accord away. The '03 Accord can be the sporty, classy family car you always wanted, but felt you had to settle for a trendy SUV like everyone else.

As a prior, well satisfied owner of a 1992 Honda Civic, I intended to purchase another Civic when I found this accord. Everything I liked about my Civic, I love about my Accord. Reliability - because of my business, I have to have a vehicle that starts, handles well in bad weather on all types of road surfaces. Economy - this is a good-sized, 4 door car that, right from the purchase date, has gotten 32+ miles to the gallon. While the higher gas prices bother me, it's not nearly as bad as an SUV would be. Comfort - elderly relatives love my car. They can get in and out with ease. I travel a lot on business and, we travel for pleasure, we are both tall and have ample room to stretch.

Overall the Accord is a very nice car. But the overall Honda experience has left me disillusioned. After one month the indash 6 disk CD changer started to drill holes in my CD's. Honda made me wait 1 month for a NEW ONE...oh WAIT! they gave me someones else's "recondition" CD changer/radio/climate control unit! I feel robbed! I also had to wait 10 weeks to get my 6 CD's back that were stuck in the CD Changer and I am fighting to get compensated for the damaged CD's. I get about 24mpg and I do mostly highway driving. I like the car but am a little disappointed.

This car is one of the most reliable, fastest, stylish, comfortable, cost-efficient, and ALL AROUND fun car to drive among its peers. Sure, there is no such thing as a perfect car for less than $25k, and you should take that into consideration, but the V6 Accord comes in #1 in my book. Honda exceeded expectations with this Euro-type luxury car for half the price!!! Go get one.

Honda has done it again with their Accord line. For 2003 the new accord's comfort is unmatched for the price your getting it for. Having experience with a 2002 camry too, although the camry may Look better on the Outside, but never judge a car by its hood!, its whats under the hood and whats in the car(interior kicks A$$) and has more luxury features and more options to customize, the accord is more on the conserviative side and priced and built only with highest quality in mind, still manage to blance out with conserving and FUN to drive:-D

This is our 2nd Accord (we bought one in May 2003). The Accord has many standard features that are extra on Camry. Didn't consider the Maxima because of the premium fuel requirement. Didn't consider the Altima because of reviews of the "noisy" 4 cyclinder engine. The Altima V6 is the same as the Maxima V6, so it would requre premium gas so the Altima was out of the question. Toyota has ABS as extra?!?! You must be kidding. Interior design of Accord is much better than the Camry.

Honda finally got it 100% right for this market. Great value for your money. I paid $25,900 for my Accord w/ Navi. Interior is clean and functional, and very roomy. Great layout of dials and switches (except moonroof switches). Exterior is clean, and growing on me. I have not liked Accord styling in the past. This is truly an outstanding deal for the money, and easily outweighs buying a more prestigious brand like a BMW 3 series, or Infiniti G35, which is what I was originally interested in.

I recently bought an 03 Accord LX 4dr 5-speed 4cyl, June 2008. I love the reliability of this vehicle. The gas mileage is great on the highway or in the city. With 25+ MPG, it is quite the gas saver. There are hundreds of after market modifications for this vehicle, making upgrading fun and a must. The interior is well laid out with an exterior that's just as well. The Accord is bigger and roomier than the civic making it a more comfortable ride. Options such as cruise control, steering wheel volume control, 5-disc changer and CD player add to the versatility and comfort. I love the fact that oil changes are needed only every 5,000 miles. For the price, an 03 LX was the best option for me.
