Used 2015 Ford Transit Van 350 Medium Roof 3dr Cargo Van w/Sliding Passenger Side Door (3.7L 6cyl 6A) Consumer Reviews
bad vehikl, recalls,shop, electtric, handles
this van has multiple recalls, seats, controllers, seatbelts, driveshaft, leak fire at drivers wheelwell. ford doesn't have the parts. you cannot have 2 sets of tires ie mounted snows, as tpms cannot handle 2 sets of tires. brakes are difficult to change and only lasted 16k, this car is limited in tire size. there are few options for snow tires in size and 10 ply. you cannot stop wipers from wiping whenever they want to wipe. it has burnt thru a battery in 18 months. gas mileage on ecoboost has dropped to 11mpg after break in. it was expensive to buy, looks great, but you would be better off buying an old cube truck or a 40 year old bus to be a reliable vehicle.another 20k miles, another driveshaft this is number 3, airbags have thrown fault, another brake rotor and pad replacement, drivers window only rolls down in the rain, you have to wait for dry weather to roll it back up, i expect it has another 10k miles at least before engine replacment, currently at 40K. rust spots at rear door frame, side door and drivers door, front suspension replacement, now at 60k, rear door handle broke, side door does not open from outside, drivers door handle does not open door, drivers power window continue to be intermittant, radio only works on 1 speaker. if you have short trips its great and still starts. i am on my 3rd battery, so it must be doing something.

A mover's dream van
I needed a vehicle to move my daughter to college but I needed something narrow for a small driveway. The Ford Transit 250 was the perfect choice to move a thick (9-inch) full mattress and foundation/box spring, dresser, night table, 6.5 foot couch and assorted luggage, boxes and loaded trash bags. It was plenty big and easy to pack, with well-engineered back doors and side doors. Back and forth on the interstate, some city and in the mountains - the van got about 15mpg.
