I bought a crew cab King Ranch in May of 2003. First Ford I ever owned. I pull a 5th wheel full time year round. The 5 speed automatic is sweet with the auto downshift..Its saves ALOT of brake pad time. The power and torque of this beast with the 6.0 liter Turbo Diesel is AWSOME. I hate to admit it but I have proven it to myself that this will outpull a chevy or dodge on a steep incline pulling 13,000 lbs. The power sunroof can't be found optioned with Chevy or Dodge. I'm averaging 18-19 mpg on the hwy and 11-12.5 on hwy with the 5th wheel.

Had the 5.3L from GM there is no comparison. Diesel is the king of the road. What amazing power and the fuel economy is 5mpg greater than before. Huge cab space Chevy could not come close. The amenities are better in the Chevy but this is a truck. This is the first Ford truck I have owned it is Superior to the 3 Previous Chevy's I got the F-350 crew cab 4X4 SRW King Ranch Package, Saddleback Leather etc.. What comfort. This is an Awesome Truck. I Highly recommed it.
