I absolutely love my super duty. The diesel engine has a lot of miles on it already, but still runs like a gem a, and outpulls many brand new trucks of other brands. I will never buy another brand after owning a super duty.
Who Builds a 1 ton w/o Overloads?

Bought truck in 2012 with 112k miles on it, thinking I would get years of service from it 6.8l I was so wrong! Original timing chain on pass side broke at 145k. Replaced with factory parts and only got another 50k on it before it burned an ex valve on drivers side. It's an F350 and has no overload springs from the factory and the standard springs are only rated for 750 lbs! Why was this truck sold as a 1 ton. Truck never passed a gas station at avg of 8.0mpg truck noticed trailer of only 5k lbs. If you plan to buy one of these fake super dutys only buy with a diesel. DO NOT BUY IT WITH A GAS ENGINE, THE BEND VALVES. BESIDES, WHO'S BRIGHT IDEA WAS IT TO PUT A OHC ENGINE IN A SUPER DUTY TRUCK? TRUCKS SHOULD ONLY HAVE A PUSHROD ENGINE. I TRUSTED FORD THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, I WAS SO WRONG, THANK FORD! Arggggg!!! Wasted money on this POS.

Just got the truck. It's great to have all the extra room. The V10 is great on gas mileage, but neither is having 37's on it either. Used to be diehard Chevy, but not anymore after driving this.

I must say that this is by far the BEST vehicle I have ever owned. I have read the other reviews and it seems they got "friday trucks". Mine is absolutely awesome. 81000 miles and still as strong as ever. On a regular basis I haul 15 to 21 THOUSAND LBS. I have replaced Brake pads, the driver's lumbar assembly, tires and oil. I have meticulously maintained this vehicle and cant wait to get my new one in January. By the way, I am running a power chip,K&N airfilter and a Propane kit. My truck has DYNO'd at just under 400 HP and 750FT/LBS of torque. AWESOME is all I can say. Funny thing is I used to be die hard chevy and you could'nt GIVE me a ford.

THIS IS THE GREATEST TRUCK I'VE EVER OWNED. THE POWER IS OUTRAGEOUS AND THE FUEL ECONOMY (DIESEL) IS GREAT FOR THE SIZE AND TORQUE IT HAS. YOU COULDN'T WISH FOR ANYTHING MORE IN A TRUCK.
