10-speed ruined this f-150
The 10-speed transmission went out with fewer than 50k miles on it. It's been in the shop "getting fixed" for over 2 months. They had to go through the "procedures" before finally coming to the conclusion it needed a new transmission. Meanwhile my wife and two kids have had to find other means of transportation. Ford's response? Apathy. They offered absolutely nothing. In fact, less than nothing, they insulted me. They said Ford warranty was "paying for it", so I should just be happy. I paid $55k for this truck! And Ive been paying while not being able to use it. I grew up in a Ford dealership that my grandparents owned in a small midwest town. So it pains me to say DON'T BUY THIS TRUCK! I will never buy a Ford ever again.

Best truck I've ever owned
bought a 2020 F-150 STX. I love this truck. There is nothing about it I do not like. I like absolutely everything on it. 63 years old and had a few trucks. Now I have two of them. A 1997 dually F-350 crew cab diesel with only 80,000 miles on it and I love it. Also used to have 1980 F-250 four-wheel drive six-cylinder and loved it. I love this new F-150 four-wheel drive STX truck.

Designed by idiots
I have been a Ford fan for years. My first pickup was a 1970 F100 three on the tree. This 2020 pickup is just a grocery getter. Who in the hell thought a locking tailgate was a good idea. With a GM you can program it to unlock everything when you put it in park. I disconnected the wires. Auto start stop, is that a government requirement? Stupid starter is over $500. At least you can shut that off. It does good in snow and mud. There is enough clearance to chain up. Fix the tailgate pin head!

Absolutely prefect
We upgrade from the same truck just different years. We had a 2013 to a 2020. From the rear air, to the full screen navigation, and reverse assist we couldn’t be happier. Plus we went from metallic grey and rapid red. We are in love with our new purchase!
