Used 2019 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Consumer Reviews
Loving my lightly used 2019 F-150!
I picked my 2019 F-150 XLT SuperCrew Sport with 2.7L EcoBoost with 5.5' bed, October of 2021 with 38K miles on it and have had almost a full year of pleasure and have passed 50K miles already. I will be honest and say I was worried about the 10 spd transmission at first. It shifted funny and was rough at times but I believe once the Transmission learned my driving habits it lined out and has worked beautifully so far. It came with a 5 inch Rough Country lift on it and some nice 35" 12.5" x20" deep dish wheels. I really thought the 2.7L EcoBoost would be a bit sluggish and I'm happy to say that it is not. We live in NE Ohio and have taken the truck to Myrtle Beach and back and to Orlando Florida and back with zero issues. The comfort and driveability of this truck is far better than expected. We enjoy it more than our 2016 Explorer Sport and our 2014 Taurus SHO and both of them are excellent and both have more options. The SuperCrew cab is very spacious and comfortable. I do some towing with it has not disappointed. Pulled a 10K lb trailer with Kubota tractor and several attachments with ease. By reading these other reviews I would assume that the 2019 is plagued with problems but only issue I have had was the vacuum actuator for the 4 wheel drive so far. Dealer I bought it from replaced with no questions asked and no further issues. I had to put my experience so far in so people could see that they aren't all bad.

Ol' Coyote runs!
The 5.0L and 10 speed combo is awesome. Always knows what gear you want if you drive it like you mean it. Puttzing around it does tend to shift alot but it's got 10 gears, that's what it's supposed to do. Comfort in the Lariat is top notch but I will say the Sync system is annoying. That's the only real complaint I have for it. Tows like hell for a half ton. We have a 32' RV it tows great. I think the 10 speed is the deciding factor there. Factory trailer brake works well and I've never had the trans get above normal temp.

Fast and comfortable, but not perfect.
I have the 2019 F150 Limited which comes with the 450HP high output ecoboost. It currently has 9,000 miles. It has had a cam phaser recall and right after the recall the timing chain broke and actual tooth. Ford ended up replacing my engine. This happened at around 7,900 miles. The only other problem that i had was that the leather seat had a crease which caused the leather to wear out prematurely. The leather was replaced under warranty at 8,800 miles. Except that it has been a reliable truck. The truck is very fast, but it doesn't sound good. It makes a lot of power but I would say GM 6.2 was smoother. I mainly use it to haul my family around, so I cannot review it as a work truck. The AC and the cooled seats are great and cool. My wife loves the massaging seats. Exterior fit and finish leaves a lot to be desired compared to other Japanese brands, but I don't mind it since its a truck. Its a comfortable and luxurious truck. Update: The truck has almost 30,000 miles and it has been on two long distance trips of over 1000 miles. It is very comfortable at all speeds except that at higher speeds the MPG has dropped. During the last 20K miles the starter broke and my horn stopped working. They were both fixed under extended warranty, but Ford needs to make more reliable vehicles. I in my 50's and I have owned many cars since I was 16 and I can tell you I have NEVER had a horn go bad or even a starter especially when the truck has less than 30K on it. So, keep this in mind if you are considering one. I still love the truck and everything else I said above still stands.

Great truck!
This is a great truck in his pretty much performed flawless for the last 20,000 miles. My rear window suddenly shattered for no reason in the parking lot. I heard this has happened on other Ford trucks. But the dealer stood behind it and repaired it for free. Consequently Ford will continue get my business. The only thing I regret is not getting the Larry with all the electronic safety driving features like Lane correction, and adaptive cruise control.
Great truck with room for improvements.
2019 F150 King Ranch. Very very comfortable to drive. Makes long trips just a little bit shorter. Pro for this truck: comfortable, large infotainment screen, powered massaging seats, ok on power. Cons: layout of steering wheel cruise controls are all backwards and even after 30,000 miles I still have to look at where they are at. Infotainment system keeps rebooting and sometimes satellite radio will not work. I have had it worked on multiple time. tail gate will open remotely, but will not close remotely. Coffee cup holders are too few and too small. very poor back seat storage. needs more convientant USB ports. Needs a better lockout in the shifter. With the lockout on the front of the shifter it is too easy to accidentally shift into manual mode when first starting out. Shifts hard when going between gears.
