Best Truck For Me.

Unbelievably comfortable. Only options I went with: Limited slip differential, trailer tow package, and skid plates. Wish I had opted for sync. and Satellite radio. The crew cab is spacious and versatile. The front bench seat is more comfortable then most buckets, bolstered so you do not slide around when driving. Every control is perfectly located the vents are adjustable and in the right spots. The 4.6 engine mated to the 6 speed transmission is magic. MPG roughly 18 highway and 15.5 city so far. Fit and finish is superb. Love this truck.

Replaced My Tundra

After my 08 Tundra was totaled in an accident I went shopping for a replacement. I wanted another Tundra, but when the dealership pressed too hard, I went to Ford. When comparing the spec sheets, Ford simply had more of what I was looking for in the right price range. I always like the looks of the F150 better anyway, and now it is competitive on safety. After 3 months with this truck now, I love it. It's my daily commuter as well as a true 2nd family vehicle and big enough to carry the whole hunting crew and all of our equipment.

Smooth Transmission

I actually got an XLT with the 6.5' bed. One of the reasons I went with the 2010 was the 6spd transmission. I am glad I went with a new one over a 2yr old used one that I was looking at. You don't notice when the 6 spd upshifts even two gears. Very smooth. The cabin of the 10' is very large and you can fit three adults in back without any problems. The XLT models can be dressed up quite nicely without going all the way to a Lariat, I didn't care if I had leather or not so for me the XLT was fine. The upgraded Capt. chairs are very comfortable. The 5.4 should have enough power to tow what I want and the 6.5' bed will meet my needs.

I just purchased a 2010 XLT Supercrew, I must say it is a very smooth and quiet running truck, even at highway speeds. The seats are very comfortable my wife and I are both tall so we enjoy all the room in this truck. The XM radio is the greatest. Thanks Ford, you made a winner this time.

I followed the Edmunds suggestions for getting a quote online which helped me get a great deal on this truck. By the time I went into the dealer the price was finalized and all that was left to do was take a test drive and do the paperwork. Most of the dealers you contact online will not email you an actual window sticker from a truck they have on their lot, they want to get you in there first so they can work on you. Some will go halfway and send you a bogus window sticker with a price quote which means nothing. The real sticker in the email when you get one will look exactly like a window sticker in the lot giving you all the info on the truck including a vin #.
