King Ranch Rules
After driving a Lightning the last two years I wanted a vehicle that could hold 4 large adults with ease. The Super Crew version of the F150 does that, and the King Ranch with its 4 leather bucket seats does that in style. Power (5.4L) and handling is not what the Lightning is but what truck is?
No Possible complaint
I have had my 02 lightning and I could not be happier. Its fast, tight, and leaves everything else in the mirrors.

SVT fever
I just traded my 02' Firehawk in and bought a black 02' Lightning a few weeks ago. I sure wish I had bought the "L" sooner, this thing is a blast to drive. Here in Texas we have a lot of truck owners, and when they see my shiny L drive by it sure turns heads. There are a lot of performance upgrades available, and it is easy to put the truck in the mid 11 sec 1/4mi times.
No Surprises
This truck is almost a year old and has had no problems.
Great Truck
This has been a great family vehicle. My family several trips during the year and this truck fits the bill. The interior is comfortable and the truck is fun to drive, And we can carry a large amount of luggage with us in the back. The only trouble has been a defective battery at 11000 miles, which the dealer replaced and the fold down console on the front seat had to be replaced because the leather seperated from the console. It was covered by the warrenty. I have been very please with my truck.
